Value for money hotel centrally located

Nice hotel and well located. The staff were very friendly & service oriented. Dinner was good; breakfast could have been better. One of our colleagues had a problem with cleanliness in the room.

Disappointing experience

This hotel ranks second last on my list of hotels spanning 4 continents. So this bad review is really earned. We had three rooms (304,307,205) for two nights each and between these there was barely one decent room. Bathrooms had issues like slow flushing toilets, moldy shower curtains, a trip hazard for the shower spaces and black marks all over the wash basin and bed sheets which could be bad finishing or just mold and grime. The lighting controls didn't always work (AirCon control in one room or the lights in another). The biggest put-off that we ended up swatting four roaches in Room 304. There is just no excuse for not maintaining basic bug-free environment. #roach-hotel The final straw was the accident in the restaurant. My mother ended up sprawled on the floor when the chair she sat on collapsed under her. It was only by sheer luck that she escaped debilitating injury and spent the rest of the trip with a sore hip. There's a complaint in their complaint register for this. The sole plus is the responsive staff. We didn't ask for discounts or refunds as this is not about money. However the point of hotel hospitality is not having to ask for basics. Treebo and the hotel proprieter need to rethink their approach to this. A 30m 'make it right guarantee' is meaningless once the guest experience is spoiled. Instead of punny posters in the hallways, they should spend 30 min prior to checkin ensuring the room is up to code. Overall, avoid if possible.

Only advantage location

Location is great . Food is tolerable only the way hotel reks of alcohol is bad. Even the waiter who came to room was smelling of alcohol.

ac and service issue

Room AC had some problem and it was buzzing after every 30-40mins in the night and it was disturbing sleep, then I slept w/o AC.

stay was okay. Nothing spectacular. B'fast menu though left much to be desired. Quality of dinner was okay but came at a steep price. At 2500+ a night, not real value for money.

Nice hotel

It was a comfortable stay.... Breakfast was good...rooms are clean...... not sure why they charge 40/- rupees if u request for an extra water bottle, MRP is 15/- .....wifi is bad.

after booking for 2 adults and 1 child age 9 years, we are being charged app . Rs.600 per night extra for a mattress.
