Good morning Cristoph, It is a shame that you did not ask for an extra set of towels as we have always made them available to our guests when asked for them. Since most of our guests, even the ones staying for two weeks and with children, do not wish to be disturbed during their holiday we offer our full support during their stay and provide what they need whenever we are asked as we strive to make our guests' holidays as memorable as possible. Last year guests privately asked us to provide pool towels as well as bath towels and we of course have added them to the linen provided. The same goes for the extra cleaning as our cleaners are in the villa complex most days of the week. Again usually guests do not wish to have people around and prefer to just enjoy the privacy and peace the villa offers. This is my daughter's house Christoph and believe me she has furnished and decorated it lovingly, but of course this is a matter of taste. I would never dream of going in someone's house and judge their taste. As for the shelves, this is a useful suggestion and thank you for it but I wonder where you think they would be needed? we always welcome constructive advices as we like to improve our homes year after year for our guest's benefit. Finally the showers: they are not small but of standard size and as a matter of fact we had already decided to change the one in the ground floor for next season as there is enough space to do so. It would not be a shower box but a shower floor. We have been letting this villa for the last 3 years now and have had many returning clients which were obviously happy with their experience. I am sorry that the villa was not as much to your liking but I do hope you still had a memorable holiday. I still wish you had spoken with us during your stay and given us a chance to show you how prompt we are to respond to our guests' needs. Kind regards Angela and Karim

I also noted the point you made about the need for a second chopping board which should have been there in the first place but it may have been broken or disposed of by mistake. Consider it replaced!
