I'm sorry for the inconvenience to the customer. If you had told our office in advance, we would have moved you to a different room to some extent, which is unfortunate. I don't think the word sensational like the title fits our motel situation. The family staying in the next room has been staying here for weeks to find a house. I don't think that's what you said.I'd like you to change the title.I'm sorry if you could have solved the problem by staying for 3 days.
