Un tesoro en medio de la medina
Pasamos una noche en este Riad y no tengo mas que elogios. La situación es mas que perfecta, justo en la medina pero suficientemente cerca del parking exterior que está como 5 min. andando. El Riad es una preciosidad, moderno pero manteniendo el sabor de lo tradicional. Reservamos una suite para 5 (habitacion 1) que fue perfecta para pernoctar con nuestros 3 hijos. El personal del establecimiento amabilisimo, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. El desayuno, en el agradable comedor del primer piso, suficiente y muy sabroso. Lo recomiendo a cualquiera que quiera visitar Rabat.

We had the most amazing stay here! The staff were absolutely great, there was an issue with the booking and they went above and beyond and gave my partner and I an amazing 3 bedroom house as a gesture for the weekend. Hussain again went above and beyond and made us feel at home. Beautiful interiors, good wine, well located. Honestly can’t complain. They made our trip! Thank you so much!!!

Al estar dentro de la Medina se adecúe atraves de callejuelas. Les llamamos por teléfono y nos vinieron a recoger en una puerta de la Medina

Es un Riad precioso, con un desayuno estupendo
Nos ha encantado el hotel, que está en pleno centro de la medina. Así que nos hemos sumergido en un ambiente muy sugerente y estimulante. El personal es muy agradable y educado, además tienen un desayuno estupendo con elaboraciones caseras (incluido el yogurt). Nos ha encantado y volveremos pronto

Nice hotel and the employees are very kind
The hotel was amazing, inside the medina. Although you should be aware of how to arrive to the Riad since we took a cap from the train station and he got us lost. It turned out that you can solely go by walk. At the end, we got scammed by the taxi driver, we initially agreed 4 euros tariff and finally had to pay 10 euros.

El hotel es excelente y el servicio una maravilla. Creo que rara vez me había tocado tan buen servicio y amabilidad. Todo el staff es muy amable y tienen full disposición para ayudarte en lo que sea necesario para hacer de tu estadía lo mejor posible. Sin duda lo recomendaré y volveremos.

La estancia perfecta en Rabat
Nos alojamos en este total un grupo de amigos, y quedamos encantados. Ubicado dentro de la Medina, inmejorable la calidad del servicio, el personal muy atento y comprometido, siempre a tu disposición, Las habitaciones impolutas, camas cómodas, baño muy limpio e instalaciones del hotel en general perfectas. El desayuno muy completo y bueno.Si quieres tener una fantástica estancia en Rabat, este es el lugar adecuado.

Riad El Maati - FAMILIA
Riad, tipo hotel boutique muy limpio, con buen desayuno y el personal muy amable. La habitación NO tiene 260 m2 de tamaño, como dice la página de HOTEL, deben ser pies 2 (unos 40 m2 en 2 plantas). Además la habitación era muy estrecha, especialmente el área de la cama matrimonial (pieza triple) dónde no cabia un pie entre la cama y el muro y además era peligrosa por estar en un altillo con baranda muy baja hacia el 1 piso. La ubicación del Riad dentro de la medina de Rabat, no permite salir de noche ya que el sector es algo peligroso pero es la firma de involucrarse con la vida marroquí.

Pro: - Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. - WLAN Empfang war sehr gut. Contra: - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr verzweigt. Eine genauere Lagebeschreibung wäre sehr Hilfreich. Keine Taxis fahren da rein, daher muß man mindestens 8-10Minuten zu Fuß laufen. Dies wurde leider in Expedia nicht beschrieben. - Frühstück immer das selbe. Wer es süß zum Frühstück magt, ist es ok. - Dachterrasse ich sehr alt und schmutzig. - Die Zimmer sind sehr alt und nicht sehr sauber. İm großen und ganzen würde ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Für über 100 Euro die Nacht kann man bessere Hotels in Rabat finden. Meine Bewertung ist eher eine 5-6.

Hallo, Sie haben das Riad nach dem Frühstück verlassen, ohne 5 Tage lang Kurtaxe zu zahlen. Sie haben die Tatsache ausgenutzt, dass das Personal oben beschäftigt war. Sie können daher 45 Euro von Ihrer Rechnung abziehen.

Nous avons très apprécié cet hébergement pour son accueil et la tranquillité des lieux.Une grande souplesse pour un changement du nombre de nuitées fut démontrée. De plus la référence pour un taxi avec un excellent chauffeur à un coût raisonnable pour un transport à l’aéroport à facilité grandement la fin de notre agréable séjour . Étant situé dans la Médina, à sa sortie, un monde de couleur, d’odeur et de découverte nous attendait. Nous le recommandons fortement.

Lovely property near to everything. Excellent staff and a big thanks to Anna the receptionist, hope the spelling of her name was correct, she was awesome and made our visit even better. Thank you! One area that could be improved on is with the room anmenties the drapes in our room covering the door, sink taps need replacement and the toilet needs looking at as it leaked off and on. Other wise a very nice property with a great meet and greet receptionist. Breakfast was awesome,

Clean room but service can be better
The package comes with breakfast and they asked me what time I would like to have breakfast, i told them 8am. They said ok. When i woke up, no one was at the kitchen preparing the breakfast. I had to forgo the breakfast as i have a train to catch at 927am. Else the room is nice and clean.

Loved this riad. Within city walls (so have to walk a little, cars not allowed inside city walls) but was able to get someone to help with bags near taxi stand. Room we were in was spacious, clean with comfortable furniture and little outside space. Breakfast was included and excellent. Location was perfect.

The staff was fantastic! They walked us to a Hammam after we expressed interest and helped translate for us. Breakfast was great! The beds were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly.

The staff were great but we had trouble getting to the property because a cab driver left us off on the wrong side of the Medina. The shower was unique and we unfortunately flooded it !

I enjoyed very much my stay in Riad El Maâti, the whole place is really nice, very well located and near many things like Quai de Bouregreg. SUPER clean, the shower pressure just great, and most important of all the people that take care of the Riad. Malika and Radilla have been extremely kind and caring during my stay; very, very attentive. You can only imagine what a big heart they have and how thankful I am to have meet them! It was a GREAT surprise to have such a nice attention from all of them, it is a pleasure for me to recommend such nice places with great people here in Morocco.

This property is amazing. Tucked into old Medina it is a perfect place for those wanting to submerge themselves into the sites, sounds and smells of a large market. There is rue after rue of vendors and people are plenty full. You are a short 10 minute walk to the water where there is a wonderful restaurant on a ship. Keep in mind this riad is VERY authentic and intimate. There are only 7 guest rooms, no windows, tall walls around the entire area and tons of people the second you head out the locked front door. Very different “hotel” experience but once acclimated, very enjoyable.

Room was spacious, clean. Showers were great. Faucet was a bit tight and needed to be changed. Staff was amazing and super accommodating. Great location, right off the Main Street of the Medina, also close to a regular street. FYI, it’s next to a Mosque so expect prayers at 4:30 in the morning.

Difficult to Find Gem
The place was a little difficult to find as it did not come up exactly on my GPS; however, the staff were friendly and someone came out to meet me. Good breakfast and the front-desk person on the day of my arrival was amazing.

Beautiful road near old market
Beautiful road in Rabat. You should definitely check this place out. Very friendly and helpful staff. It's newr the old market and is a great part of town to stay in and explore on foot. The breakfast was a delicious traditional full spread, served at our leisure time. We requested an early breakfast due to an early checkout, and we were gwntlye awoken by a knock on our door to let us know breakfast was ready

The staff at the Riad was incredibly welcoming and helpful. One person walked me to an atm 15 min each way. Hint: have plenty of cash (Moroccan dirham) for tips, cabs)

Dear Mohamad, we don't understand your review, as you have saisd nothing during your staying at the Riad el Maâti concerning the problem of bathroom. The girl has verifies and there is nothing bad with that...Just the staff say us you enter in the private laundry and you have made a machin washing without say to the staff!Is it for that that you are angry and put this review? The Riad is clean and we have made a lot of rénovations last month !Best regards,Laurence and Farhid

Staff did not respect privacy and was speaking to us in a very rude and condescending maner. The area around it was quiet enough and walkable to many attractions.

Hi,thanks for your comment. In the riad, we can't let enter visitors in the room, because we have had a lot of problems with that and the girl has just tell you that. I understand you are ungry, but i think you had not understood. The staff just apply the loy.Best regards,Laurence

Don't stay here.
Horrible customer service. Room no TV or mini refrigerator. Taxi could not find the place and drop me off 1 km away.

Bonjour ,nous sommes désolés que notre établissement ne soit pas à votre convenance.-Une TV se trouve dans la salle de restaurant pour visionner la Coupe du Monte 2022-UN grand frigo client se trouve dans la cuisine-lors de votre réservation nous vous avons envoyé toutes les infos nécessaires afin de rejoindre notre Riad.Vos avis est constructif et le mettons sur le compte de votre colère , suite à un rappel des règles hôtelières au Maroc.Cordialement.La Direction.
