En el baño había una cucaracha grande en la pared, la recepcionista inmediatamente nos dio otra habitación siendo esta muy amable y compresiva, sin embargo en la estadía se nos dificultó descansar porque se siente los ruidos que los demás huéspedes hacen incluso los del pasillo, hablando, cerrando y abriendo puertas. Fue una pesadilla conciliar el sueño. No se sentía privacidad.

My room was in bad shape. Broken toilet paper holder, mold and dirt at fridge, worn light fixtures, mattress sags, doorways in need of repair and nasty pool filled with algae. I had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to come to front desk at checkout.

The room smelled bad. The bathroom and toilet were not clean and rusty. The hotel did not have room service and they said that we can clean the room from four days onwards, and we with two children could not easily clean the room every day. The breakfast was awful and they didn't have anything, a little milk, serial, coffee and waffles.

In the first room that we were given, there was a leak in the bathroom. The second room smelled of smoke and mold. When we walked all the way back to the front desk, we had to wait ~20 minutes for the employee to return and to be assigned yet another room. This 3rd room had roaches walking around the microwave/console. We were only able to kill only one of them. At this point, because we were frustrated and tired from a long day, we decided to zip up our bags and tough it out. No one should have to do that! Smh.
