Even though it's in a hidden location, the building is great, rooms are nice and comfortable, and the staff is friendly

Most of employees were very nice, only one was horribly rude; avoided the desk whenever she worked. Had to move rooms twice bc refrigerator &/or freezer didn't work. Icemakers didn't work in any of them. Otherwise, nice & quiet with clean rooms & well-supplied kitchenette

Our bed frame was missing a few bolts. Just sitting on the foot of the bed was noisy. I can't believe there were no usb outlets in the room. One knife, spoon, cup and plate. You could hear every noise from the room above. Not the greatest stay

Our toilet did not work upon artivq. I brought it up with the front desk and they handed me a plunger. We did not have access to a toilet, thankfully we were only there for 1 night.

The room was well-designed for a business traveler (desk was roomy and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The WiFi was not good - I was in a room at the very edge of reach (only had one "bar" at any time). Was dropped consistently - I finally had to hotspot on my phone to work without interruption, which used a significant amount of my monthly data. I strongly suggest WiFi boosters. I could not stay again (on business) without better connectivity.

The water pressure was horrible. The bathroom was horrible. The area outside of the hotel was not great. The hotel itself was not great and did not look Clean. There was no housekeeping. I have never had to do my own housekeeping in a hotel chain nor exchange my dirty towels and washrags For clean ones. There was a musty smell in the room.

It's ok ish
Hotel was clean, they did not like that my dog barked and that he was not so great at people being outside the elevator when it opened. This was all new to him but they were not understanding of that. The place was clean. There is some creepy guy that sleeps out back in a truck every night. Which is strange they don't do anything about. Smell of spaghetti sauce lingered in the room though like I said it was clean. Around evening time the hallways start to linger of a marijuana and cigarette smell.

I felt like I got exactly what I paid for with this property! Low cost, no frills stay while I was in town and needed somewhere I could have my dog. Things weren’t sparkling (dead cockroach in lobby on first day, hair clip on room floor, smudges on bathroom door), but neither am I, and it felt worth it for the convenience of having an inexpensive place to sleep for my four day trip.

There were dirty dishes still in the dishwasher in our room. There was also a bit of a smell when we first walked in but once we got the air conditioner going and sprayed some perfume in the air, it got a little better. We checked in late at night and the staff up front were very short and quick about it, not the end of the world. Didn't see another staff member the rest of our stay.

Lady at the front of the desk told me to throw away the items that had uncontrollable throw up on it which was a blanket and a sheet, and the 3rd sheet under the blanket which was out of our control had a stain that we didn’t know but we threw away what we was told and got charged $100 for damages that we didn’t cause

Cc machine down during check in so had to manually fill out paper with information so they could run later. Didn't like that at all. Go up to room and deadbolt not working. Go back to front desk and asked to be moved to another room. Go back up to new room and same issue! Maintenance said doors had wrong plates for deadbolts. Move to 3rd room and finally success. Room however not entirely clean. I spent 30 minutes cleaning before i could even relax. No breakfast offered. Site did not say that. I will not stay here again. Overpriced for only having a bed to sleep in.
