Overall we had a good stay. We stayed here to watch one of our kids play baseball at NC State. The house was in a perfect location for that as it was walking distance. It was very convenient that we were able to bring our dogs along for the trip and they enjoyed walking around the area with us. Host was communicated well and check in was easy. We would stay here again for an NC State event as there aren't many hotel options and none within walking distance of the baseball field. The only negatives are the pictures do the house a lot of justice. It's an older house that has been mostly remodeled but could still use some TLC. The shower pressure is bad and water temp cold. All the air returns are loose which is a tripping hazard. I didn't see a smoke detector in the home either. Again we would stay here again but this home still needs a little work.

This was our second time staying at the blue bungalow and we enjoyed it more this time around—easy walking distance to campus and all the amenities Hillsborough street has to offer. The house is adorable and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back again!

It was a very cute and centrally located to a lot of things we wanted to see. Loved the design and the kitchen was very cute! Thank you for all your help. We had a wonderful time.

We had a great stay in the Blue Bungalow near NC State. The house was exactly as pictured in the listing, plenty of room for a family or two couples. Well-decorated, cute and comfortable, and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Check-in was easy and the beds were comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Was in town with a friend to visit each of our Sons, the house is adorable, had coffee on the front porch swing every morning, and walked through NC State campus for our walks, perfect location!♥️ I will be staying again for sure!

We chose this house to be close by for Basketball Camp at NCSU. The location was perfect. The house is even better than the pictures. Great communication with the host, Stacy. I would stay again and recommend this house to friends and family visiting Raleigh.

I would definitely stay here again. Quiet street and neighborhood, charming older home redone with super cute decor. We moved our son to NCSU for the summer and spent the weekend here..it was perfect for us. Parking is right behind the house. Neighborhood was very quiet, there is a swing on the front porch that was a piece of heaven to sit and read on. So nice. Beds are comfy and large, tvs in all the rooms. Retro fridge and microwave, stove new. It came equipped with all we needed for the weekend. Loved the decor. Air works really well. Stacy's communication was great and we'll definitely be back. Thank you!

The house was beautiful and exactly what we needed. It was decorated elegantly and we felt very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The communication with ijr host was great, and we were always able to get ahold of her when needed. She was very accommodating! Would definitely book again and recommend.

Super cute cottage, well appointed and nicely decorated. It was the perfect place to spend the weekend in while I was visiting my daughter at NCState. Check in and communication with host was easy. I would happily return.

My friend and I enjoyed a wonderful alumni reunion at NCSU. The location was perfect and the home was inviting, well decorated, comfortable and the beds were fantastic. We had a great time and looked forward to coming back to the house at night. Thank you.

Our family had a nice time in Raleigh. House was comfortable with all the amenities to make it a wonderful stay. Location was perfect - walkable to restaurants. Porch swing was a bonus!

We rented to property, while our son attended a youth camp at NC State. Location to university was ideal! The property was clean, had all the basic needs that one would need, and beds were comfy. The only negative aspect to the rental was that it is an older home(1930s) and only had one bathroom. That did get to be a bit tight after a day or so. Overall, the rental was great and had a lot of charm to it.

Nice little bungalow to relax in over the holiday weekend. Just as pretty as the pictures. The location was perfect for us as we had events at Meredith College and NC State. Stacy was excellent, very responsive! Check in and check out we’re very smooth and simple. We plan on staying here again.

Perfect location virtually "on" campus for a college tour with my 17 year old daughter. Much preferable to staying in a hotel for a father and daughter, with each of us having our own bedroom (and shared bath). Is located almost adjacent to University Towers and an easy walk to the brick yard. Also very convenient for morning coffee at Cup-a'-Joe, an old favorite from my days at state.

House was very comfortable and clean, we really enjoyed our stay. We walked to the NC State baseball game, as well as to get coffee on Hillsborough. Lyft rides to dinner downtown were $9 to $15. Great spot for a weekend visiting our NCSU student.

The home was perfect in every way! A super comfortable stay and extremely dog friendly! If you are looking to be close to NC State campus, will be there In less than 2 minutes (walking). Home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need.

We thoroughly enjoyed these accommodations for our recent visit to see our daughter at NC State. The house was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. Beds were comfortable, location was ideal for walking to campus, parking was easy, neighborhood was quiet and safe, communication with property manager was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

The Blue Bungalow was at the perfect location for our visit to Raleigh for a NC State wrestling match. The bungalow was true to its listing. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location is walkable to many restaurants and shops as well as campus. We loved that we could bring our dogs along with us. If we return to Raleigh we would definitely stay here again.

Stacy was a great host and was very responsive through our entire inquiry, booking, and stay over Christmas week. The house is a lovely quaint little bungalow that was perfect for our needs and allowed us to bring our dog Roman with us too. He seemed to love the place as much as we did! There are so many shops and restaurants within waking distance. It’s also a very easy drive into the heart of Raleigh and neighboring towns that we visited to see our kids, one of which owns Sound Off Records & HiFi. It made our trips to their store super easy! Stacy is kind enough to supply things for your stay like soaps for the washer, dishes, and dishwasher and some paper goods so you can focus on stocking the fridge instead. Thanks for helping make it a special holiday for our family, Stacy. We definitely hope to stay again soon and highly recommend others enjoy a stay at the Blue Bungalow too.

Stacy's place was charming. Renovated old home very close to NC State campus. The house was well appointed with new furniture and appliances. Everything we needed was at the house. We did not have to ask for anything. Walking distance to Gym Tacos and Raleigh Brewing!!
