The television didn’t work. There was no extra lock inside the door. The room smelled and whatever they used to clean was not a good smell either. No one was there to check us in and we had to contact hotels.com, which was not quick, just to get someone to give us a key for our room. It was a boy who might have been 10 years old. Saw no adults. Bed springs were old and uncomfortable. Bedding was old and we didn’t get a comforter or warm bedding. Heater didn’t work well - ended up sleeping in sweatshirts, hoodies, socks, etc. Towels were stained and had holes. Gave shampoo, conditioner, and soap bar. Had nice toilet paper. Very old rooms, rust, mold on shower liner, bath mat wasn’t washed, fish shaped anti slip mat for bath was old and misshapen. Overall would not recommend. Also cost was lower online than through hotels.com. We had to get a price adjustment even though I think paying what we did was still far too much.
