A couple of my buddies and I played golf near by and chose the BM Beach Resort for an overnight. The room was clean and very quiet. The check in was seamless and the hospitality excellent. I will stay here again the next time I visit RAK.

decent resort, needs to improve a lot for a 4*
rooms are basic and view was bad. cleanliness needs to be better. The rooms access and layout looked more like a dormitory. The resort is family oriented and there were good events around this theme which saved our stay. Other than that nothing much at the resort. Definitely not a 4-star facility. Needs to improve a lot to justify 4-star tag.

Nice Beach and Pool but Rooms are bad.
Beach and Pool is very good and maintained well. Nice compound and good activities. Rooms are old and very small bed. Bathrooms are very small and quality of toiletries are pathetic and cheap. As we spent most of the time outside room it was good but room quality for the price we paid is not good at all. Food is also overpriced especially drinks.

Breakfast is terrible! Egg station is greasy, service in the dining area is rubbish, not enough mugs, water for tea was cold, fruit was terrible, just a horrible experience.

Het is een prettig verblijf in een rustige omgeving, 4 jaar geleden voor het eerst geweest, in een cabana, toen..... zonder animatie en erg luide muziek die tot in kamer doordrong, nu helaas wel, en moest de schuifdeur erg vroeg dicht terwijl je anders lekker buiten kan lezen op je terras. 4 jaar terug was t wsch ook veel rustiger, je hoefde niet al om 9 uur je handdoek langs het zwembad neer te leggen, zoals anderen dit nu wsch deden, jammer als je wat later bent, maar de lifeguard was zo vriendelijk een seintje te geven als er 2 bedden vrijkwamen. Iedereen is erg vriendelijk, maar op zichzelf, niet opdringerig, helaas dit jaar alleen maar Russen gehoord. Maar toch ondanks het lawaai s'avonds, een prettige locatie om tot rust te komen.

Ich will nur das bekommen was ich bezahlt habe
Bei Ankunft in der Nacht, habe ich leider nicht mein Zimmer bekommen was ich bestellt und bezahlt habe. 1 Einzelbett 38 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool 14 Tage lang. Internet - Kostenloses WLAN .... sonder 1 Zimmer ganz hinten mit keinem Blick auf den Pool. Da war auch kein Pool zu sehen. Dann habe ich am nächsten Tag früh extra zuzahlen müssen pro Tag 52,50 DH. das ich ein Zimmer bekommen habe wo auch kein blick auf dem Pool war aber wenigstens in Meer nähe. Ich war sehr enttäuscht. Ich will doch nichts extra haben, sonst nur das was ich bestellt und bezahlt habe. Dann war mein Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft den ich 3 Tage lang reklamiert habe immer an der Rezeption. Nichts ist passiert bis mein Mann bei Expedia in Deutschland angerufen habe und denen mein Problem geschildert habe. Expedia hat sofort mein Resort angerufen, bis ich zurück ins Zimmer gekommen bin waren sie schon da und mein Abfluss hat funktioniert !!!! Dieser verstopfte Abfluss hat mich 3 Tage lang soooo geekelt. Mein Lob ... am Pool war Herr NASAR K. immer freundlich, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein fleissiger Mann. Zimmermädchen Marlyn, hilfsbereit, nett, sehr sauber und lacht viel. :O) hat immer eine gute Laune gehabt. Minus ..... Transfer kostet viel Geld 500 Dirham hin und zurück von Hotel aus. Ich habe Glück gehabt das ich im Internet Transfer gefunden habe ..... umsonst!!! Flughafen Dubai - Resort und zurück.

Leuk hotel aan het strand
Leuk hotel in laagbouw, direct aan het strand. Het hotel biedt voldoende animatie en op het strand kun je jetskiën en andere watersporten beoefenen. Barretjes liggen over het resort verspreid al is de drank (zowel niet alcoholische als alcoholische) wel duur. Je kunt upgraden naar all-inclusive tegen € 50,- per persoon per dag. Voor ons die ook de omgeving en Dubai nog wilden zien niet rendabel. Eten in hotel is gevarieerd en goed. Ook de roomservice en de a la carte gerechten zijn lekker en voldoende. Schoonmaak (mits eenmaal op gang) is prima. Kortom een prima plaats voor een vakantie in de februarizon. Wat ons tegenviel is dat we eerder van gepland aankwamen (03.00hr) en de kamer konden bijboeken tegen volledig dagtarief. Zouden we om 08.00 hr in de kamer gaan koste het niets. Na een dag reizen wil je toch wel naar bed. Volgende dag echter geen schoonmaak en nieuwe handdoeken, ondanks verzoek.

We had to change rooms because the one they gave us originally had a leaking AC and was not in good condition. The hotel is not great but the beach is ok and the food & beverage were good.

I liked almost everything about the place, the bar, pool and beach.. However, I had some great concerns and turn-offs which are: 1. The room was so dusty. 2. Not so good service (I.e requested for slippers and toothbrush and it literally took them 10 hours to provide them after 3 reminders.. that's is not normal !!!) 3. The sea was full of seaweeds I couldn't swim nor could I walk closely to the shore.

I had all inclusive....price is very good.......for the money choice of house beverages is ok....for the drinks all inclusive starts at 10 am and finishes at 11 pm....food is average....staff is pleasant and friendly, however at the front desk "they go according to the book"....if you are booking online make sure you select exact number of people staying with you, otherwise you will be charged for extra person ....there is no activities on the ground, except some private parties in different rooms followed by loud music till 5 in the morning.....the majority of guests are Arabs, there were some old German tourists around....there were some families with kids and as usual, husband is staring at different bikini type while his wife completely dressed pretends to swim with kids in the kids pool with constant yelling at the kids....main attraction is big swimming pool with a bar where everyone is drinking.....water in the pool is hot, so people get drunk very quickly...I noticed unpleasant fact, everyone is drinking large quantity of drinks, however no one visits the toilets (sorry to tell you that)...., beach part is huge, however sea is full of unpleasant sea grass that no one is taking care of, so swimming in the sea would not be wise choice..i would suggest to families and those people who are not into drinking and party to go somewhere else...couples and young people this is place for you.....

Third world accommodations at best!
The location that is associated with this property on the Expedia website is WRONG! You end up at a Bate's Motel wannabe, which once I went inside to find out I was at the wrong hotel. I breathe a sigh of relief. I drove another 20km to the correct property which does not look anything like the photo's posted on the expedia. I checked in only to find that my room was infested with everything that could crawl or fly was present for duty. I went to the front desk to inform them of the bugs and they sent a guy who killed an ant with his hand. He had no pesticide. I asked for a full refund my wife and I were not going to stay on the property. I was offered another room that,was shown that was in the same condition. It took me 40 minutes of phone calls to get my funds back and as luck would have it Expedia was having some technical difficulty at the exact time I called to get them involved.

Beachfront Oasis
Stayed in the cabana area, lovely garden. Wonderful beach. Generally peaceful and clean. The facilities are a bit dated and feeling their years, but fine - it's all we needed. Didn't eat at the restaurant, so no opinion on that. Small fridge - none of the rooms has cooking facilities. Lovely pool. I would come back.

Huone oli siisti ja tilava. Hotellilla on iso ranta ja useita uima-altaita. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Hotellialueella useampia rantabaareja ja pari yökerhoa. Sijainti on syrjäinen, joten taksi tai vuokra-auto on tarpeen, jos haluaa katsella paikkoja.
