Great Location!

Walk to the ski lift and town which is a huge plus. Condo was as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, spices, trash bags, etc. Welcome snacks and coffee were nice. The king bed was very comfy. There is a little creek that runs behind that is nice. There were plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because pots/pans need upgrading. There were no baking dishes and only 1 old cookie sheet. The living room furniture is old and dirty. I have pet allergies and there had been pets in there. One lamp didn't work. The 2 tvs upstairs didn't work properly. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay in Red River.

Great stay!

This was perfect for our family of 4. We were able to walk everywhere from this location within 5 minutes. Clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for a long weekend ski getaway! Would stay again.

Lovely Creekside Townhouse

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, clean townhouse. My husband threw in his fishing line in the Red River, which runs only a few yards from the back porch, and he caught a rainbow trout. The soothing sound of the river is wonderful and the comfortable beds made for a good night’s rest. We hiked up the Middle Fork trail, which is a few miles from Red River. The aspens were glorious in fall colors and the alpine lake you reach is stunning. We hope to return again to this wonderful home!

We loved the condo it was exceptional and had all amenities needed! We will stay there on our next visit if it’s available!! This is prob the 1st one we stayed in that had literally everything you need to be like your in your own home!! Thanks again. The Patio, Balcony, and Yard Are Perfection

We enjoyed our stay, particularly the firepit and babbling river that runs behind the property. We spent pleasant evenings around a fire making s'mores or just talking and watching the sky.The house was comfortable and met our needs. The location was close enough to walk the main street to shops and restaurants but far enough away to avoid the noise. I downgraded from a 5 to a 4 because there are a few falling hazards that could be easily mitigated. First, both the front and back steps are uneven but have no railing. Each would be greatly improved by adding a simple but sturdy railing. Inside the house there is a step down after you descend the stairs. The matching tiles make it difficult to recognize the additional step. My husband placed three pieces of blue tape on the tiles to provide the visual warning/reminder of the stepdown. Something more durable but just as simple could easily be added. That said, I recommend the property and would stay there again.
