I reserved this property for both the Fridays before and after Thanksgiving, but the property manager canceled the second check in on the same day of arrival on a holiday weekend. It took me five hours working with VRBO support to reserve a different location, hence the lower review.In regards to our initial stay, which overall was fine, the communication with the property manager was good. The property is very modern with nice views. The location is nice and convenient, and there is another tri-level duplex in the same alley as this rental / duplex.There are queen beds in both the enclosed main level bedroom (second floor) as well as the loft (third floor). Okay for comfort, but too firm for us.The toilet rooms are behind what look like closet doors on each level.The entire loft is open to below, and except for the shower, is separated by a half wall. The walk-in shower on the third floor has a 3/4 wall, but there are no doors for either the shower or elsewhere in the loft except the toilet room and closets. Individuals looking up from the main level won't necessarily be able to see you from below, but you should know ahead of time in case you're concerned about privacy.Overall, it's a fine place to stay, but use caution as the property manager lists this rental on multiple booking sites and the availability calendars do not sync. For us, trying to stay here the second time resulted in a horrible experience returning from Thanksgiving.
