El Hotel está muy bonito.. Las instalaciones.. Modernas, el buffet riquísimo... Jugo natural, la habitación amplia, bonita... Recepción.. Excelente.. Con Giuseppe, pero EL TURNO D LAS 5AM...A LAS 7:30AM Q YO ESTUVE PÉSIMO... CASI PIERDO MI TRANSPORTE.. Q ES MUY CARO... LOS EMPLEADOS D ESTE HORARIO... NO HACEN SU TRABAJO...!! EN EL HOTEL TIENES DOS ACCESOS, PARTE D LA RECEPCIÓN Y ATRAS... BUENO ESTOS SEÑORES... SE DIERON EL LUJO DE DECIRLE A MI CONDUCTORA.. Q NO SABIAN NADA D MI, O DE ALGÚN TRANSPORTE, YO ESTABA EN LA PARTE D ATRAS... LUEGO ME PARE A BUSCAR EN RECEPCIÓN... PREGUNTE POR MI TRANSPORTE.. Y ME DIJERON Q NO HABÍA IDO NADIE 😠😡.. QUE..?? I'm happy that you enjoyed our hotel and I see especially the breakfast.I would like to mention that according to our camera system, as well as our staff - no driver came to our front desk to ask about any guests on the morning of your check-out. We see your driver was slightly late for your pickup and we are sorry to hear that he/she used that as an excuse to explain this situation.

Excelente opción en Reikiavik
La comida excelente, el servicio y disposición de la gente también, todos hablan inglés perfectamente. Aún que no está en el centro, en taxi estás a 10 min. Lo recomiendo bastante

el check in por debajo de expectativa, la atención del jovencito haciéndome el favor de buscar mi reserva, como si fuera culpa mía que no me encontrará rápidamente. La atención del servicio de limpieza en habitación deplorable, desde la segunda de mis 4 noches pedí que reemplazarán el shampoo y jabón de mi baño y nunca lo hicieron, en general el servicio, por debajo de un buen hotel

The room itself seemed a little outdated and the beds weren’t the most comfortable but overall the hotel was very nice and had a big parking lot that was easy to park.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days. We visited during Christmas time and it was well decorated. The room and hotel was clean. Daily cleaning/housekeeping service. Restaurant bit over priced

Really like the hotel. Bar was well stocked and the restaurant food was really good. Good variety and great quality. Breakfast choice was also really good, catering for most tastes. Room was clean and comfortable. A bit of street noise but not too bad. Only minor draw back was how cold the reception gets - This is where the bar seating is. When people are constantly in and out, it does get cold.

Modern clean-cut hotel
The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the junior suite, offering stunning city views. Its clean, contemporary design was immediately inviting. The room's spacious layout, the comfort of the bed, and the ample bathroom space impressed us, though the shower could have been more sizeable. The lobby's impressive scale, combined with the concierge's genuine warmth, made a memorable impact, and the reception staff adequately fulfilled our needs. The hotel, situated a bit away from the town center, was conveniently accessible by car. A notable drawback was the intense whistling of the wind during a winter storm, which disturbed our peace for a night. Better communication regarding housekeeping service pre-orders would have been appreciated, as would the convenience of bedside USB chargers. In conclusion, the hotel captures the city's modern essence, offering contemporary comforts while missing traditional elements. Its quality and service overall met our high expectations.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are very friendly and professional. The Spa facilities are quite limited and very expensive. The breakfast choices are very good and the food in the restaurant is very nice. It's a good 30 minute walk to the centre of the city.

My friend and I had a great time at Hotel Reykjavik Grand. The hotel looks really nice, has great facilities. Richard on the front desk was really nice and very helpful - he even gave us a heads up on whether the Northern Lights would likely appear during our stay which was really great. We were able to book transport to the airport which is great considering Iceland doesn't use Uber, there's also tour packages etc. you can get from the reception desk too which is very convenient. The only minor thing that we didn't like about the hotel was the shower - because there isn't a shower screen (just the curtain) the water would sometimes leak out on to the floor but otherwise no complaints.
