Bien, pero pueden mejorar.
El hotel y las habitaciones nos gustaron,. Sin embargo algunos artículos de limpieza estaban sucios. El personal de limpieza hacia mucho ruido en los pasillos. A pesar de que el hotel decía que todo el mundo debía utilizar las mascarillas, había un señor resfriado que entraba y hasta estornudaba en los elevadores. Como lado positivo, destacó que el personal de recepción era muy atento y servicial.

This hotel seems old and outdated. There was an issue with our room, and the nice ladies at the front desk helped fix it. The bathroom seemed like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. Overall our stay was fine.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a couple of issues but they were quick to remedy them. One suggestion is bigger trashcans in the rooms because they were SUPER tiny.

It was very clean and great breakfast. The staff was very nice. It seemed more like a business hotel, but we were treated well with family of 6, two of them were my grandsons.

We thought the staff was very friendly. My one complaint centers around the carpet between the toe queen beds. This area needed cleaning and had several stains. Other areas of the room were very clean.

I like the location. I also thought your front desk staff is excellent, (Joe and the lady who checked me out). Your property is very quie and the breakfast is very good. However, your lobby and our room is beginning to show noticeable wear. You will want to address that in the near term.

Two problems. Requested a wake-up call and did not get it. The bathtub faucet had no water pressure…water came out is a drizzle. Told the receptionist and she apologized…see saw the request for the wake-up call and said they did not put it in the system. She also wrote up a work order to check the plumbing in the bathroom. Otherwise say was good. Bed was comfortable and room was clean

Enjoyable stay
Very lovely staff. Go out of their way. Appreciated the fresh lemon herb water throughout my stay. Room clean but stains on sofa and rug and pink mildew in shower. Shower missing interior door bar. Couldn’t get shower door to close so water sprayed onto floor, toilet ran unless you shook the handle. Showing wear n tear. Wish there was a microwave in the room. Breakfast very fresh and lots of variety. They need a toaster that accommodates the size of their delicious bread at breakfast. The luggage carts are nice but grimey. The bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable and clean. At the end of the day I would definitely return.

Upon trying to take a shower at arrival from being out all day the shower & sink water was freezing cold! I tried again at 3am to shower only to discover there was no hot water in the entire hotel!

i booked this room for one night & was very uncomfortable. i was tip toeing around the room. i got food the night before when i woke up the next morning to move my bag there was a bug. i will never stay here again!
