La verdad no fue muy buena experiencia , la habitación esta repleta de olor a cigarrillo, ni 1 día hicieron el servicio al cuarto de los 5 días que estuve

We are not doing house keeping for stayover as the situation if covid , but we do provide lenin and towles etc as you needed

The staff were friendly and courteous. The reason I’m leaving the review is because this hotel was greatly misrepresented on Expedia. The pictures on their site must be 10 years old. The entire place is run down. Everything in my room was old and worn out. The walls had several unfinished patches. My key stopped working twice and I had to go to the front desk for a fix.

Kept having people standing in front my door being loud knocking on the wall next door had to fix the AC unit myself because it didn’t work housekeepers kept waking me up because they don’t offer dnd signs

This is really a hidden gem it is cheap very clean the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The parking lot is nice and smooth lots of parking area. The outside is in great shape and clean. The rooms are clean and smell good and it has a rustic old time luxury feel. And they has cool lighting outside.

the hotel is in great need of repair. the room was basically falling apart— power outlet with two lights plugged in (only lights in the main room) was dangling out of the wall. ceiling tiles sagging and broken in some areas. mysterious fluid spattered across the mini fridge. tv so far away from the bed that i decided to move the bed and to my surprise i found someone’s leather… intimacy device. the bathtub has seen better days— permanent grey spots (looked like it was peeling?) throughout and not cleaned well besides. odor of acetone very strong upon entering the hotel room. several patches of wall smeared in drywall putty or something similar, at a striking contrast to the dismal orange wall coloring. a chunk missing out of the cabinet that holds the mini fridge. neighbors on all sides very .. active? sounded like they also needed to rearrange the furniture, for which i could not blame them. best part of my stay was checking in and having a lovely conversation with the lady who works the overnight shift.

The staff was polite at check-in and check-out. I’ve stayed here once before and that room was accommodating but this time the room had a few flaws. The toilet wouldn’t properly flush, the temperature gauge on the unit wouldn’t go past 65 so I had to turn it off because it was blowing cold air and the TV couldn’t pick the same number of channels like the last stay.

Was sollen den das? Das Hotel hatte auf behördliche Anweisung geschlossen. Ich erwarte mein komplettes Geld für den nicht erfolgten Aufenthalt zurück. PS ich warte immer noch auf einen Rückruf ihres Reklamationsteams. Besser wäre es aber, ich würde eine email erhalten.

It was so bad that we left after one night, though we had paid for three. The room was in bad repair--chipping paint, crumbling ceiling tiles. It was also not properly equipped -- no wastebasket anywhere in the room; the electric outlets were a fire hazard, hanging out of the wall. And despite the no-smoking signs everywhere, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, and many guests could be seen standing outside their doors and smoking. The wifi didn't work, and the staff's only suggestion was that we try it late at night. It was also very noisy; we were awakened at 6 AM by two men shouting at each other, followed by a door slamming. I half expected to hear a gunshot next, but didn't. The bed was also lumpy and uncomfortable.

An older property. In need of renovation/upgrades. There was full trash cans through out the hallways/common hallway/stairs areas. The TV in room was not in a position that was easily watchable. Lighting in room was very low/dim,
