Hermosa, espaciosa, 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, casa familiar en Berkshires ubicada en una calle privada en el estanque cristalino de Richmond con muelle privado para nadar y pasear en bote. Nuestra casa en Berkshires es cómoda y limpia, con pisos de madera, tragaluces, armarios espaciosos y paneles de madera. Ha sido recientemente renovado, con una nueva combinación de baño con ducha, lavaplatos nuevo, refrigerador nuevo, estufa nueva, lavadora y secadora de bajo consumo, y exuberantes jardines. Hay aires acondicionados en cada uno de los 3 dormitorios y uno abajo en la sala de estar / comedor. Hay muchos libros, juegos, una cocina totalmente equipada con una mesa y seis sillas, además de una mesa de comedor adicional con capacidad para 8. La pesca es excelente en Richmond Pond; está abastecido con una variedad de perca, semilla de calabaza, besugo, bluegill, lubina, bullhead, trucha de arroyo, trucha marrón, tipo de pez, lubina y pickerel. Se encuentra a 15 minutos en coche de Tanglewood (casa de verano de la Sinfónica de Boston); también cerca del Festival de Teatro de Berkshire, Stockbridge; Barrington Stage, Pittsfield; Lenox; Gran barrington; La almohada de Jacob; y Williamstown. El aeropuerto de Albany está a 1 hora. Senderismo, ciclismo y esquí acuático están disponibles.

Absolutely as advertised!

I almost don't want other people to know about this property. It is close to the water, spacious, and comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own AC, so sleeping was no problem. I had a few questions, and the property owner was incredibly responsive. I can't say enough good things about this gem!

Warm, Beautiful Cabin with Thoughtful Touches

From the moment we walked into this eclectic cabin, bathed in a warm, gentle light, we felt right at home. Everything we could possibly need was already there, and the space just invited us to relax and settle in.The first few days were cold and rainy, but the cabin kept us warm and cozy. We spent our time putting together a puzzle, playing Cribbage, and venturing out for misty hikes. When the sun finally came out for the last two days, my husband took the boat out to fish. Next time, we’ll be sure to take advantage of the kayaks, too!We truly appreciated the beautiful, personal touches throughout the home. The decor, lovingly put together by the owners, made the space feel not just like a house, but a home. Thank you for sharing it with us — we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Squeezing the last out of summer

My family and I rented this cozy lake house over Labor Day weekend. This was our forth stay in this house and enjoyed every minute. We took the kayaks out, went swimming, lazed about on the deck, hung out on the porch reading books. It had everything we needed to relax and get ready for the new school year. We might try and make it an annual tradition!

Wonderful vacation

Clean, well equipped, spacious accommodations. Beautiful clear, quiet lake, steps from the house. Best location in the Berkshires, near shopping, theatres, Tanglewood and other attractions. Owner responded immediately to our concerns. Fifth year in this cottage and reserved for next year.

50 year reunion

Nice location...easy access to the lake. As soon as we arrived, neighbor confronted us about parking. The cleaning lady still there at 4pm and we were well within our space. Might recommend more comfortable living room furniture. My grandparents owned a cottage on the lake years ago. This was the first time in 50 years that we spent time there. It was great to see little change and most residents were very friendly. I would recommend this home to friends. We left Saturday morning by 7 am and had the sheets in the dryer. Also cleaned and organised the chair/lake equipment shed for easier accessibility.

Peaceful, close to town

This was a great place for my parents to stay while visiting town. Close to everything, but peaceful and quiet. Downstairs bed and bathroom easily accessible for folks with mobility challenges. (Some people with mobility challenges might find it easier to be dropped in front of the house, rather than walking from the parking spot, even though it's close.)

Cute Cabin in the Berkshires

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The home is not actually on the lake, which was slightly disappointing because of the pictures, but the lake is a very short walk and is absolutely stunning. The cabin was in a great location, about 15 minutes from Lennox and Pittsfield, though make sure you don't use google maps and follow the owner's directions. The owner was very responsive when we had questions.

Fall long weekend

We were doing a Farm to Fork Fondo bike ride in the area so staying in Richmond was a perfect location. The house is a lake house but had all the updates one would want for a comfortable rental. Would have loved to take the kayaks out on the pond so will have to go back another time!

Happy Holiday!

This was a perfect getaway place for a long weekend! It is located close to the main road for getting around. The dock at the lake was wonderful for some quiet time and a great view of the stars at night. We enjoyed it very much. The house had everything we needed.

Berkshire Rental

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the week we spent at this location. The dwelling was nicely furnished and well maintained and the pond invites recreation. If we vacation in this area again we would gladly return. The Bartlett Orchard Farm Store is a big plus and the road along the pond beach and boat launch is a great place to walk the dog.

Quiet and peaceful, this home offered my husband and me a time to reflect while sitting on the lake’s dock, a chance to be off the beaten track while driving country roads and a time for enjoyable browsing at the local bookstore. We’ve been here before and will do it again!

Comfortable, quiet, homey getaway

This is an old and new home with convenience, charm and character. The sunroom is sunny and spacious, as is the deck, the porch is shady and cool, the dock is a two minute walk, the kitchen is convenient and well equipped, and you feel like you're in the woods. The big downstairs bedroom with adjoining bath is perfect for anyone who doesn't wish to use the steep stairs, the pond beautiful. There is great fishing all around, a lovely, private shower separate from the house and a rowboat and other fun water items. Great place to gather or have individual privacy, this home is perfect if you want to relax!

Perfect Get away

Had a beautiful Labor Day weekend ! Peaceful Quite LOL even with a 5 year old Plenty of room 5 Adults & 1 child Livingroom was great 5 Slider plenty of light grill clean worked great .indoor or outdoor eating Short walk down to the dock very sturdy, Omg water was so clear. Trip to tanglewood with stay at Richmond Pond.

Quaint cabin like feel. Played board games, and enjoyed rowing and swimming in the pond (which really is a lake). Wonderful and relaxing base camp to hike-did section of AT and saw some peregrine falcons on cliffs near monument trail. Wonderful place to reconnect with family and nature. Great host directions.

Lovely Spot in the Berkshires

We really enjoyed our stay here. The lake is lovely and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets each night. We enjoyed the kayaks provided and the dock storage had plenty of chairs and tables and an umbrella. The first time we walked out onto the dock my spouse said, "this place needs zero gravity chairs." We opened the shed and there they were. It was perfect. It was private yet we did meet many friendly neighbors on our daily walks. That made us feel very welcome. It is also very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and all the attractions in the Berkshires. The house has a beautiful sun room with skylights that was wonderful for relaxing. The kitchen was perfectly appointed with new appliances and the grill seems new too. We were only in the downstairs bedroom and that was very comfortable. I believe our hostess has put a great deal of thought and effort into making this property have all the amenities that you would need on your vacation.

Super place

The pond was so pretty, and just a short walk from the house. The porch was so pleasant; windows all around with peaks of the pond in view. Great location to Lenox where we enjoyed some excellent restaurants. We may return when the weather is warmer and we can take advantage of the boats.
