What makes the stays great here are the people. Great staff and customer service. Surprisingly good food for a hotel as well. The hotel needs an update and cleanliness is a 4. I was most bothered by how humid the rooms are; no bathroom fan and if you like a cool room, it’s going to be moist due to the old fashioned air systems. This makes the room smell musty too. All in all though, due to service and food and overall vibe, still think it’s the best place to stay in Riverton! Staff for airport shuttle amazingly nice for a 4:30am departure too. :)

The room was nice and cool. We would have liked an option for a king size bed with the ADA room. The location of the room was not the best. It was across from the hotel laundry and the hallway had laundry bins lined up 4-5 deep and the some other cleaning carts. I was inconvenient to get into our room, very crowded. Thankfully my husband was not in a wheel chair because I don't think it could have gotten through. The location of the furniture would not have allowed a wheelchair to move around the room. We liked the courtyard grass area in the middle of the hotel for the guests children to play however we are older and our room looked out into the courtyard and we heard the noise of the kids playing. Maybe locating the ADA rooms on the opposite side and with a open hallway would be something to consider. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, the staff was helpful and courteous, and we enjoyed the breakfasts we ate at the restaurant.

Very comfortable sleeping quarters. Had plenty of space. The staff was wonderful. Only complaint was the thin walls. Could hear everything the man next door said. Which meant he could hear me as well.
