This was very cute for my husband and I, our friends got the room next too us and was great, even though the weather wasn't the greatest, we sat outside and enjoyed the sound of the ocean. So cool!! It was perfect for the price. Will definitely stay again.

Great Getaway

We really liked our stay and loved being steps from the beach. The only complaint was that since it's pet friendly it wasn't the cleanest place we've been. The landlord was the most responsive I've seen, but it was sort of strange messaging with at least five difference people over the course of ~ a day.

Great location. Needs better cleaning service

Pros: The location and common recreational area were exactly as described. Great access to the beach. But, if you go outside of summer season, don't expect chairs outside your door (as shown in the pictures). Cons: The room needed more cleaning and the furniture was very uncomfortable. There was hair on all the bedding and ants on everything! There weren't enough utensils and bowls for 4 people. If you plan on cooking, I highly recommend bringing your own pots and pans, along with your own utensils. To top it off the couch/hideaway bed were broken - to the point where the couch was caving in and the hideaway wouldn’t come out. So it gave us even less seating and our kids had to sleep on the floor the first night. The only solution they had was to give us an air mattress. It was the first time we were excited to head home from the coast.

Right on the Beach, Easy walk to the Beach aswell a+

Rockaway is my happy place, lots of family memories. Weather was beautiful and very few folks on the beach!! Lots of long walks on the beach. It is right on the Beach, able to see the rocks, hear the Ocean, truly my happy place. Place is clean. Outside on the property is a bit different, trash and dog poop all over the ground. The grounds need a bit of work for safety of people and our pets.

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I booked three nights here for our anniversary in late-August. Part of why we booked this property was because of the direct beach access and the fact we could bring our dog. The unit was exactly as pictured, clean and cosy. If we had to critique anything i’d say the only downsides of the space was the limited storage space for bags, the couch was pretty uncomfortable to sit on, and it could use a rug/mat inside the front door. But none of these things were essential to us enjoying our stay. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the space, the updates that had been made to the unit, the extra fans to keep air circulating and the kitchen came in handy for beach snacks/beverages. We enjoyed the beach directly outside the unit. It was quiet, clean and you could walk for miles. Again, our only downside was accessing the beach. We walked across the yard in front of the unit (where the volleyball court and fire pit is) and instantly regretted it. The ground is filled with thorns that embed in your feet, the soles of your shoes and into your pup’s paws. It was extremely painful, so we avoided the “yard” after that. Rockaway Beach is a pretty sleepy little town. Most stores and restaurants close early (8pm ish), and many aren’t open Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We ended up going to Tillamook most days for groceries, gas and meals. Overall, we loved the Oregon Coast and look forward to visiting again and would recommend this rental for anyone looking to have a qui

Car parking

The only issue we had was when cars not renting from you were parked behind us so we were unable to back out multiple times. Aside from that it was fantastic!
