We planned on staying at this property for two nights for a weekend away with family. Upon arrival, we found the back ‘children’s play area’ smelling of marajuana, as well as several bedrooms having beds with stains, some appearing to be blood. One of the downstairs beds smelled as if a wet dog had slept in it the night prior. We left, choosing to stay elsewhere. Upon contacting the host, our requested refund wells denied. I will be filing a complaint with VRBO. Maybe OK for a college frat party, but only if your party accepts foul conditions. Strongly recommend staying away! First time having this type of issue with VRBO, I can only hope the company is more accommodating than the host.
