Our records indicate that you stayed with us 2 nights, we apologize this was your experience however we do wish that you would have reached out to us sooner for fresh towels or to have your room cleaned up or even switched out and for any other issues you may have experienced with the property as we could’ve addressed them immediately.Regarding staff onsite, we do our best to remain onsite at all times however sometimes our staff has to step out for supplies or for other needs on the property as we are renovating our pool equipment and area, in addition to multiple rooms.As for our maid service, it is clear at check-in that this service isn’t offered for short term stays.
