Daniele, muy amable y simpático, se preocupo en todo momento de nosotros, incluso antes de iniciar el viaje mando wasap para ver a qué hora llegábamos e informarnos de la mejor y mas económica forma de llegar, nos informó de los mejores sitios para comer y de los más economícos, aquí si no te amdas con ojo...... En resumen una muy buena atención, repetiría.

Buena ubicación, atención y comodidad. Posee justo lo que se necesita para un viaje de 3-4 días. Recomendable. PD Probar la comida del restaurante del frente.

Tolles Hotel
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Hotel, Daniele ist super nett und hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben, die wir alle umgesetzt haben und so das eine oder andere gesehen haben, was uns sonst entgangen wäre. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und eignet sich um Rom zu erkundigen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

One of the best B&B in Rome. Centrally located with buses and train options as well as walking distance to Vatican City. Daniele is a great host! He was so informative and provided recommendations for places of interests and local dining. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant as well. I will definitely stay here when I’m back in Rome.

The room was spot clean. It’s right outside of ZTL and street parking costed 1 euro per hour. Daniele was super helpful and friendly. It was about 10 min walk to Vatican City and the St. Angelo church, 15 min to the Spanish steps. Many shops and restaurants right downstairs, and a market across the street. I’d definitely stay here again if I find myself in Rome again.

Hidden Gem!
Excellent hotel. A lot of attention to detail. Super clean and comfortable. The property manager gave us wonderful suggestions for our stay.

In a nice area and close to Vatican. Staff were only there in the morning, but were friendly and have a telehone at frontdesk if assitance is needed after their departure. Room was clean, cute and very spacious. Overall good stay A

We are always here to greet new guests irrespective of the hour of arrival (we know flights can be delayed and trains can be late), as long we know you are coming and when. Otherwise we staff our B&B a minimum of 12 hours per day from 7AM to 8PM and are available for any emergencies, for this reason it is at your disposal at desk a telephone for all our guests and we also leave upon arrival our personal emails addresses to reach us at anytime. We try to make that clear on our website and when making reservations, but we can always do better and we appreciate the feedback. Excellent Stay
We had a one night stay and it was great. Great location walking distance to Vatican City and Rome Center or Bus Station. Staff (Daniele) was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Assisted with great suggestions and recommendations to do and eat, a plus. Also, assisted with our transfer and luggages. Very communicative.

We had a wonderful time, and Daniele was very attentive. The only thing was mattress was a bit to hard for me. If you like a firm mattress it would be good but I need softer. My hips were sore. All in all we probably would stay again.

Great couple of days at this property in rome.
Excellent reception from Daniele. Fantastic location, close to Lepanto underground station, safe and upmarket. Supermarket very close. Large room with good air con. Only slight niggle was that the tv reception was down- although in Rome, we wouldn’t have to use to use it a lot :-)

Great location. Even received a phone call whilst en route from the airport to check that the flight was on time and if I needed any help finding the B & B. Even though it is in a lively residential area, the room was extremely quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Fresh towels and room cleaned to a very high standard every day. Just be aware that the breakfast is served seperately at the cafe below, and take a discount voucher slip from the reception area with you. No scrambled eggs on a Sunday.

Atendimento excelente, hotel decepcionante
Depois de ler as muitas avaliações positivas antes de reservar o hotel, ficamos bem decepcionados ao chegar no local. O atendimento em si foi excelente, todos os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e estavam sempre dispostos a ajudar, mas infelizmente não posso dizer o mesmo da estrutura do hotel. O hotel é bem localizado, próximo do Vaticano e do Castel Sant'Angelo. Por dentro, entretanto, se mostrou antigo e desgastado, com um corredor pouco acolhedor, móveis gastos e paredes muito finas, que deixam passar muito barulho vindo dos outros quartos, além de um colchão de casal desconfortável com cobertor de solteiro. O local tem potencial e poderia ser incrível caso se investisse mais no seu interior e no conforto para os hóspedes.

Estimado hóspede, Primeiramente gostaríamos de lhe agradecer o comentário. Estamos felizes em saber que ele apreciou o nosso bem-vindo, nossa cortesia e atenção ao cliente e nossa fantástica localização perto do Vaticano. Ao mesmo tempo lamentamos saber que a sua estadia não foi perfeita, nós sentimos muito. A estrutura está localizada em um belo edifício do século XVII. Nós cuidamos com constância da manutenção ordinária e extraordinária do B&B. Quanto ao quarto, infelizmente somos penalizados pelas paredes brancas, escolhidas para dar mais luz ao quarto. Nas paredes brancas é mais evidente se o cliente bate uma mala. O carpete é novo, os quartos são insonorizados. O ruído é muitas vezes devido ao comportamento de cada cliente, mesmo se pedirmos um comportamento respeitoso e apropriado das 21h às 10h (não fale alto no corredor, não mantenha a televisão, não bata as portas para evitar incomodar os outros). Esperando vê-lo novamente, aproveitamos esta oportunidade para lhe enviar nossos melhores cumprimentos. Staff A Peace of Rome

We had to wait for staff to arrive when we first got to the hotel, but once they did, they were very pleasant and apologetic. The breakfast policy could have been made clearer.

Spacious room and 2 separate full sized beds.
Love it. Room is very spacious and very clean and in a great location. 15 mins walk to the Vatican. Close to the Bus station. In a busy (in the morning) neighborhood but very quiet at night. The rooms are exactly what's on the pictures.

Daniele and his staff are superb. They are friendly and totally helpful. The room was spotless and well maintained. The location is in the heart of Rome, and we walked to the Vatican. Incredible restaurants were all around. We loved the inclusion of a bidet in the bath. However, the room was very small with little storage. We lived out of a suitcase for 6 days. The small breakfast shop next door (standard food charges apply) was clean and the owner was a joy to speak with every day. All in all, a very good choice.

Hilfsbereites nettes Personal, sauberes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, Safe, Sky, gute Lage, sehr nah am Vatikan und fußläufig zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wenn wir nochmal nach Rom kommen, werden wir definitiv wieder dieses Hotel nehmen.

Great hotel close to Vatican
Very clean hotel close to St Peters. Staff could not do enough to help. Was able to leave luggage in locked storage after checkout. Great cafe across the road at the Bakery. Very comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

Perfect for what you need in Rome
We spent 3 days in time and this was the perfect base, just round the corner from the Vatican and not too much of a walk to get to the centre of Rome. Clean tidy and staff were very helpful. Would recommend to anyone who went to Rome.
