Was soll ich sagen, mit 60 hat man keinen Anspruch auf eine Familienrente. Es gibt Luxushotels in Rom, aber sie sind teuer. Die Tatsache, dass mein Badezimmer schmutzig war, ist eine Lüge. Was Sie schreiben, ist widersprüchlich, sonst hätte ich nicht jeden Tag die Zimmer und Bäder gereinigt. Anweisungen zum Selbst-Check-in sind obligatorisch und detailliert. Allerdings spiegelt diese Bewertung nicht den Durchschnitt von 4,8 von 5 und 1.422 verifizierten Bewertungen wider, was bedeutet, dass ich ein internationaler Superhost bin. Mein Treffen mit ihr war nur ein schlechter Zufall. Aber es passiert. Paolo S.

Grazie caro Valerio per questa discreta recensione che rispetto professionalmente ma non condivido sempre professionalmente perché non riflette assolutamente la mia media di quasi 5 stelle. Sei una mosca bianca ed a me non piacciono le mosche bianche: quindi gentilmente non tornare più nel mio B&B a danneggiare la mia posizione di super host internazionale tanto sudata prima e dopo la pandemia. Andiamo per ordine: 1. Tu credi di essere stato un ospite perfetto da come critichi? Non penso proprio senza scendere nei dettagli di come hai lasciato il bagno. 2. Si vede che sei della provincia: la zona è ben collegata con tutto, piena di Bars, Ristoranti, Supermercati ed anche abbastanza pulita per essere parte di una grande città come Roma. E poi io che c’entro con Roma? Un’osservazione la tua totalmente fuori tema. 3. La mia struttura non è ben pulita ma “pulitissima” in ogni angolo. Hai avuto il coraggio di parlare di grandezza essendo anche solo e di comodità del letto che è nuovissimo! Poi si sa che quando si cambia letto la prima notte ci si deve abituare un po’. E tu sei stato solo una notte! 4. Ma la mancanza di riconoscenza è quello che mi hai dato più fastidio: ti ho fatto fare il self check-in (che fanno in pochi) per l’orario di arrivo che superava il mio limite. La recensione è una faccenda seria e va fatta con grande senso di responsabilità analizzando tutti i parametri umani e tecnici prima di esprimere un giudizio al mondo con un voto. Malgrado tutto ti auguro un buon proseguimento di vita. Paolo S.

Cara Lara! Grazie mille per questa buona recensione che potevi anche evitare di scrivere perche' e' piena di inesattezze.Per te non solo e' stato difficile trovare parcheggio ma anche trovare il B&B. Non hai letto assolutamente le informazioni che ti ho mandato nel tuo profilo in Hotels. Hai pure negato di non averle ricevute. Invece sono tutte la', controlla pure. Camera modesta ma dove vivi al Quirinale per caso? La camera e' molto elegante ed arredata dal mio architetto di New York City con mobili di pregio e gusto come si vede dalla foto che hai messo tu poi. Non hai percepito che i dettagli erano tutti firmati. Fortunatamente hai notato che il bagno era carino! I bagni sono fatti tutti con i marmi di Carrara (altro che carino) anche questo dettaglio non hai colto ma si vede dalla foto che hai messo sempre tu per chi ha occhio nel business. Per l'ospite della notte prima il materasso era comodissimo anche perche' nuovissimo. Infatti mi ha dato 5 stelle controlla sull'altro portale di cui parlavamo questa mattina. Quindi anche questo tuo commento e' "relativo e soggettivo". Tu pensi di essere stata invece un'ospite perfetta? Non credo proprio per questo ti chiedo gentilmente di non tornare nel mio B&B. Grazie per il resto che hai scritto. Ripeto: le recensioni sono un argomento serio e vanno fatte con grande senso di responsabilita' e non per prendersi le piccole rivincite di ieri sera, ci capiamo bene noi. Buona vita. Debo decir que escribiste muchas cosas inexactas sobre las habitaciones que luego elegiste sin entrar en detalles. La próxima vez, si encuentras algo extraño, haz una foto como prueba y muéstrame que es mi B&B y no tus maletas sucias. Las tuyas son palabras dichas al viento. Tu imaginación y tu maldad no tienen límites. ¿Crees que fuiste una invitada perfecta? Realmente lo dudo. La habitación y el baño eran un desastre total, ropa sucia y toallas manchadas de sangre o lápiz labial rojo incluso en el suelo. Esto me lo informó mi muy buen asistente. En cuanto al jabón, ya lo tenías así que no escribas más mentiras. En cuanto al champú, podrías haberlo preguntado. Muchos clientes traen sus propios productos. Dicho esto, deseo sinceramente que nunca más vuelvas a mi B&B. Roma está llena de B&B a los que puedes ir. Grazie infinite carissima Fabiana per questa buona recensione che pero' non riflette la maggioranza delle mie recensioni che sono sempre a 5 stelle e non a 4. Ma va benissimo lo stesso. Anche tu sei una persona molto carina e molto simpatica. Ma ci tengo a precisare che tutte le foto della mia struttura riflettono esattamente la realta' della location. Per quando riguarda la stanza che hai scelto tu (la verde) e' chiaramente specificato che quel palazzo che si vede colorato fa parte della "street view" e non del palazzo della struttura. "Street view" sta per vista della strada dalla camera. Io dico sempre: prima di fare una recensione ci vuole molta attenzione e senso di responsabilita'. Le foto sono state caricate da me personalmente e preciso come sono non avrei scritto una cosa non vera. Based on the service received, cleaning every day, effort to make you understand things because you don't speak English well, etc... you should have given me 5 stars. Grazie infinite caro Gianpaolo per questa tua buona recensione che rispetto molto ma non rispecchia assolutamente il 90% dei miei clienti che mi danno sempre 5 stelle. In aggiunta danneggia la mia posizione di superhost internazionale.Inoltre la meta' della recensione l'ha passata a descrivere le cose super positive del mio B&B e l'altra meta' a fare una descrizione dettagliata di quello che ha fatto in bagno durante il soggiorno. Basta abbassare un po' la pressione dell'acqua per la doccina francese installata nel wc (cosi' si chiama) ed e' tutto risolto. Ma poi mi scusi lei pensa di essere stato perfetto? Non credo proprio. Ha prenotato per due adulti (Guest count 2 adults) e poi senza informarmi (telecamere testimoniano) si e' presentato con un bambino-a dietro. La stanza era piena di pannolini pampers ed altro. Lo trova un comportamento corretto e trasparente questo? Io ho fatto finta di nulla ma davanti a delle sue descrizioni denigranti glielo tiro fuori. Solo per aver fatto questo a mia insaputa mi avrebbe dovuto dare 5 stelle.La mia esperienza su lei dopo questa infondata, esagerata bugia ed accusa non e' positiva. Quindi preferirei che non tornasse piu'. Roma e' piena di bellissimi B&Bs dove quel profumo di pulito igienizzato si sente subito. Logicamente e' ironico! Buona vita. Paolo S.
