Primer experiencia en Roma
Excelente ubicación, fácilmente puedes caminar hacia el Vaticano y hacia la zona de restaurantes Trastévere. Un poco tardados en el registro de entrada pero en general buena atención.

Hotel coqueto y cercano al centro de Roma
Se nos vendió como 5 estrellas gran lujo, nada cercano a la realidad. Cuatro estrellas si (si hacemos y comparativo con España). El hotel es coqueto y muy próximo al centro de Roma.No es ruidoso, cuenta con buen aislamiento. El servicio muy bien, la habitación suficiente (buena cama), el baño como dicen en mi tierra -un coñiquin- pequeño y mal distribuido ,rozas con todas las esquinas dificil hacer pipi en él sentado. El desayuno nada excepcional.Muy limpio en general y atención muy buena.

Although it was a nice hotel, I don’t quite believe it deserves a 5 star rating. Because the building is old, there was one line that controlled AC and heating and if you’re hot in the “winter months” there’s no way to turn on the AC. The toilet doesn’t flush great either. But staff was friendly and it was all very clean. They advertised a Turkish bath which was simply a steam room.

For this reason, Italian regulations do not allow us to install a 4 pipe system providing heating and cooling at the same time. However, the system allows you to turn off the heating and have the circulation of fresh air coming from outside.A positive guest experience is something our staff takes to heart, so we value your feedback in order to make improvements. I have been staying at the Hotel Indigo-St. George for several years now. I travel to Italy twice a year and it continues to be my go to hotel in Rome. The location is great. The hotel is lovely and very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I always look forward to my time there.

Great location and service
Great location. Great service. Some minor issues overall but would still recommend it. We really liked how friendly and nice the staff were. The rooms had plenty of space, and a fully complimentary mini bar. On the downsides, the pillows were rock hard, the breakfast was extremely basic, the Turkish bath was not operational, there was only one baby trash can in the room, a couple power outlets, and we couldn’t get the thermostat to work at all. But it’s very walkable to/from all the key locations around Rome and a cool area in general.

Gorgeous hotel near many of Rome's cultural/religious attractions. Friendly staff that goes the extra mile to help you enjoy your stay. The rooftop bar/restaurant has a 360 view of the city. We only had light appetizers (caprese salad and smoked salmon) and they were excellent. I had the BEST massage of my life at the spa. We did not get to enjoy the Roman pool, but that looked amazing...there is a sauna and I think a steam bath too. All in all, a great place to enjoy the best Rome has to offer.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel twice and it is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are modern and charming, the staff are friendly and professional, and the rooftop bar is amazing (we had a nightcap almost every night!). I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Amazing stay in Rome!
Amazing experience, everyone was so Helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious and the staff even surprised me with a treat on my birthday. We also had dinner at the hotel and the staff were incredibly attentive and food was delicious. It is also centrally located to go to all of the best sites. Thank you!

Great Hotel. But front desk needs to be more awar
Very Nice Hotel and excellent location. The front desk staff is very friendly but service could be faster and more efficient. I waited for almost 10 minutes while a lone staff member keep trying to make dinner reservations for another customer. The problem it was 17:00 and the restaurants were not picking up. Too early. And rather than tell the other customer to check back he just kept dialing numbers. I had a quick question but he did not acknowledge me After almost 10 minutes the other customer said he could come back. And he suggested the desk staff help me. I asked my question and was finished in less than a minute.

We loved our stay at Hotel Indigo. The staff were very polite, and helpful. I went to this trip with my teenage daughter and this was a perfect family hotel. We loved the walk to everything from the hotel. The girls at the front desk helped us to book a roof top dinner in a restaurant near by which was awesome. We also used the spa everyday and it was just fantastic way to relax every evening after a long day walk. One day we also got massage and fascial booked with Giorgia who was exceptionally very nice and very good at her job. The morning breakfast was so delicious and the people, waiters and waitresses were extremely nice and polite. We also had one night dinner at the hotel and the food was extremely good and the chef sent us awesome samples of food. The waiters and the waitresses were also extremely polite and kind. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Rome! Thank you to all the staff members who made our trip to Rome so special. 🙏

The property is centrally located. 10-15 min walk to many attractions and loads of great restaurant. Great breakfast and clean well maintained rooms. The staff are very helpful And provided great service
