Incredible stay in a very central location. highly recommend staying here to anyone. The hosts were extremely nice and welcoming can’t say enough good things about them. A lot of the things you want to see in Rome are a 10-15 min walk away. If I could rate it more then 5 stars I would. Definitely coming back to Rome and staying here.

Nos tocaron el timbre ambos días a las 7.30 am. El el primer piso cerca de una calle transitaba, con bares y restaurantes. La entrada al departamento aparenta ser la entrada a un piso destinado al conserje del edificio. Tocaban el timbre ambos días a las 7.30 am. para entregar información y correo.

Excelente ubicación
Excelente ubicación, en la habitación todo correcto, las escaleras hasta el tercer piso no son excesivas. Por la ubicación volvería a elegir este establecimiento. Te permite moverte por Roma a pie con tal comodidad, además la plaza donde se encuentra tiene mucha animación para comer, cenar, pasear....

Nos encantó este hotel desde la llegada. Hay que subir tres pisos en una escalera de espiral pequeña, sin embargo nos ayudaron con las maletas para no molestarnos. Gente que no pueda o no quiera subir escaleras definitivamente no es buena opción, pero la habitación y el servicio totalmente valen la pena. Salvatore y todo el staff súper amables y con mucha disposición de ayudar a hacer la estancia más agradable. La cama comodísima y la habitación súper amplia. Definitivamente nos hospedaremos aquí nuevamente.

No mencionan que las habitaciones estan en un tercer piso con unas escleras demasiado pequeñas y peligrosas , definitivamente no volveria , un problema subir y bajar maletas

dear guest thanks for your feedback it is really important for us ,however on the webside there are pictures and description about the stairs, also if you have warned us we would have taken your luggage to the stairs as we usually do. we hope you will come back and have a better stay with us.

The room was nice and big staff excellent carried our luggage up and down 50 steep stairs no elevator due to age of building shower didn’t work well at all and neither did our tv but the tv we were not really concerned with

The hosts greeting us and explained everything, they left us a map and advised us of time frames. The apartment was clean and amazing. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Beautiful room with a sweet jacuzzi tub in central Rome! Please make sure to read the description and other reviews: there is no elevator and the stairs are a bit tedious but after the first day or two you get used to them! Plus there’s a ton to do all day in the area so you’ll likely only have to go up & down once or twice a day. Salvatore and his team were extremely helpful throughout our stay with carrying our luggage up and down the stairs and ordering transportation to and from the airport. Thank you so much! :)

Lovely property with lovingly restored features. Apartment was very clean and well decorated. Salvatore, Maro and Paola were lovely people who could not be more helpful and warm. Will stay here again when in room and recommend to others.

This place was beautiful, quaint, and in the perfect area of Rome. My wife and I celebrated our 15th anniversary here and couldn't have asked for much more. The hosts were amazing. We felt safe and taken care of. The only things to note was there was a fun spiral staircase to get to the rooms. We thought it was fun, but could see it being difficult for those less able than us. Ours hosts carried our bags up and back down, which speaks to their hospitality. The only other thing is the AC takes a little bit to cool the room down after a hot day. But neither of those can negatively impact the value and awesomeness of this locations/space.

Great location
Perfect location, very walkable to all areas and near bus stop. Hosts were friendly and engaging with great tips. Used transportation arrangements from airport, driver was an hour late but dropped us at front door, still way easier than train with luggage.

Thanks for your review.We don't have a taxi company and we don't set the prices and you can't make us responsible for the cost by giving such a negative review.Ours is a historic building from the 1200s and certainly cannot offer all the comforts of a modern building.It is written in a nice description of the structure that we do not have an elevator.However I accept your opinion.

We’ll stay here again.
We loved this stay. The location was fantastic for restaurants and walking to tourist locations near by. The room was luxurious and the bed was really comfortable. The hosts were charming and we felt very welcome.

Lovely room and location
My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and were so glad that we did. The owners and staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was a decent size and seemed very recently renovated, although the lovely ceilings looked original. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfy. Our room overlooked Piazza di Pasquino, which is rather lively in the evenings. We quite enjoyed the sounds of the diners and buskers in the evenings, but that might not be for everyone. It certainly wasn’t loud with the windows closed. The location is absolutely perfect for seeing Rome. We took taxis with our luggage, but otherwise we were able to get everywhere on foot within 25 mins or so, which is ideal as there’s a view around every corner in Rome. If we had any complaints, it was that the walls were so thin that you can hear what your neighbours are saying word for word. This wasn’t a problem until our last night, when unfortunately we had some noisy neighbours seemingly having a drunken argument next door. Not really the owner’s fault (it is an old building), but if you are a light sleeper, that might be a problem. Also, note that you need to climb two floors of spiral staircases to get to the rooms. If you have trouble with stairs, this place is not for you. We didn’t mind the exercise though, especially as the very helpful staff took our luggage up and down.

The hotel is in an old palazzo with the most incredible ancient staircase, no elevators but the hotel is so professionally organized that on arrival there is a person to assist with the luggage upstairs and same at departure. The location of the hotel is perfect, the management is very professional and very pleasant - will definitely return.

This place was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family of 5. The couple was lovely and accommodating. I would LOVE to stay there again in the future. So central. Right next to Piazza Navona and central to so much more. Highly recommend.

Salvatore and his team went above and beyond expectations. Helping us to locate the hotel and more importantly helping us to access the 3rd floor with our son. Our 18 yr old son is temporarily in a wheelchair due to an accident and I failed to check elevator status. Sal offered to be Tyler’s elevator and carried him up 3 flights on his back. Many thanks for making us feel at home and cared for!

We did not receive free bottle of wine as listed with reservation. We did not hear back from hosts about towels, Wi-Fi, and other inquiries until after we checked out. My dad speaks fluent Italian so that was not the issue and we received their personal contact information at check in. We enjoyed great meals and had fun in the surrounding neighborhood which was very charming. We could not get the Wi-Fi to connect unless you were right by the box. Great location with historical sites nearby and cute place but very loud with partying and bottles/trash pickup every night. My dad, brother, and sister in law did not get much sleep being in the front rooms.
