Muy bonito estudio de 35 m2, ubicado en el centro histórico de Roma. En una calle tranquila, donde aún se pueden encontrar antiguos artesanos italianos en obras. Seguro y bien conectado con los sitios de interés más importantes.
A pocos minutos a pie de Piazza Navona y Campo dei Fiori, a diez minutos a pie del Vaticano. A pocos pasos del Área Arqueológica y Coliseo.
Familia corriendo con años de experiencia.
2do piso de un edificio antiguo elegante y residencial, con techo de madera decorado, rincón de cocina completamente equipado (mini nevera, hervidor eléctrico, microondas, fogones eléctricos), mesa y sillas, cama doble - tamaño queen -, sofá cama doble, televisión plana, conexión inalámbrica. Aunque el apartamento está en un piso alto (segundo / tercer lugar con ascensor) y con vistas a una tranquila y pequeña calle peatonal, las ventanas son todas nuevas y cuentan con gafas antirruido.
Cuarto de baño con ducha muy grande y cómoda. secador de pelo disponible. Plancha y tabla de planchar. Aire acondicionado / calefacción. Conexión WiFi gratuita y rápida. Duermen 4, aunque sugerimos que sean amigos cercanos o familiares.
El laudromat es de un minuto caminando.
Cuna disponible bajo petición.

El Studio NavonaTWO se encuentra junto a un segundo estudio de 35 m², NavonaONE, con una cama doble tamaño queen, un sofá cama individual, un baño con ducha muy cómoda y una zona de cocina. Este estudio es máximo para 3 personas.
Ambos estudios se pueden alquilar para 7 personas.
El precio es para un estudio en Residenza Sansoni, consulte la disponibilidad para 4 personas antes de reservar.

Sólo perfecta ubicación

Lo mejor desde luego es la ubicación, inmejorable. Por lo demás algo decepcionados, es mucho más pequeño de lo que dan a entender las fotos, probablemente la mitad.... la cocinita del armario sucia.... no invitaba a usarse desde luego. Aun yendo con dos niños no la hemos usado para nada. Éramos cuatro y estás apretado. Merece la pena por la ubicación. Las camas cómodas. No hay ruido de la calle.

Nuestro estancia en Roma ha sido inmejorable. Tenemos 2 niños y el estudio es perfecto de tamaño. Destacar la ubicación, no puede estar mejor situado y la amabilidad de Olivia, encantadora. Sin duda, si volvemos a Roma repetiremos y lo recomendamos 100%.

Basic apartment at the center of the old quarter

The apartment was what it promised. Clean, fairly quiet, in the old quarter of Rome near everything. The bed was comfortable, and Olivia gave us some great recommendations. The apartment could have been slightly better equipped. It needs hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on near the shower. Also the very basic kitchen, could use a spatula and little spoons (there were only soup spoons). Also extra garbage bags for people like us staying a little longer. Otherwise, it was fine, comfortable, one big room.

Perfect

Olivia went above and beyond to point us to less popular things to do on a very busy weekend. The unit contains all that you need and the location is quiet. Yet steps away are restaurants, groceries, pharmacy and shopping. Highly recommend!

Pros Location and good communications and internet worked well Cons Too many steps within the unit - one small step to washroom and within washroom there is a step to bidet and then a big step to shower room without a handle. Unsafe for seniors. There is an elevator but you have to go up 10 more uneven steps to the unit. Not good for seniors. There is a kitchen section with equipments but it is just good enough for breakfast with boiled eggs and toast. I don’t recommend to any seniors. TV didn’t work.

Perfect cosy apartment

Great location, great apartment

We loved Olivia’s apartment which was just what we needed after a day of wondering around Rome. A great location to get to all the popular tourist spots, and anything else you want to see. There is so much to see and enjoy from just stepping out of the building. The local alley ways are full of interesting food places and little stores. A relaxing hubbub of daily life goes on around you during the day and yet amazingly quiet at night after closing time. We would definitely stay here again.

Rome in 3 Days

The location of this unit was perfect for a quick tour of Rome. This was our first visit to Rome and we could walk to all the major tourist sites from this address. It is located in a busy area, right next to a good restaurant, and 25 M from a taxi stop. The unit was clean, quiet, spacious, and easy to find. We didn't meet the host but didn't need to. We communicated via Whats app and found the host quick to respond and the directions to access the room were clear and easy to follow. We had a great stay and highly recommend this unit.

Perfect & charming Rome apartment

We loved our stay! The location is amazing, apartment is clean, spacious and well appointed and Olivia is an excellent host who also helped us with airport transportation. Check-in was a breeze. Quiet in the evening. The charm of the historic building added to our enjoyment. 10/10 recommend. Cafe Novocentro a few minutes walk is excellent any time of day.

Amazing location in Rome

Olivia was an amazing and gracious host. She was easy to reach and very responsive. Her appartment extremely clean and was amazingly well located. We didnt need to a take bus or metro. We were able to walk to all major attractions. 5 min to piazza Navona and Pantheon..15 min to Castel Sant Angelo..and 30 min to Vatican and Colosseum. There was so much to see along the way that you didnt even feel the longer walks. Travelled with my husband and children 11 and 13 and they did not complain once. The appartment was in walking distance of many restaurants. Would definitely come back to stay at Olivia's next time we are in Rome!

Rome re visited

My adult daughter and I spent some time in Italy and stayed 4 nights in Rome as she had never previously visited the city. We found our accommodation was situated in a very convenient area and was incredibly secure. We walked everywhere and found many places for meals and coffee that were not on the usual tourist trail. Thank goodness!! We enjoyed a couple of meals in the restaurant right next door. Very handy. The studio is fine for 2 people, but would be somewhat "cosy" for more. Many thank to Olivia, she was most helpful.

Great studio in historic district

Great stay in Rome

The apartment was in a great location. It was clean and just as described. Olivia the host was wonderful and quick to meet any needs we had. She even arranged a private transfer to the airport for us. During our next trip to Rome will definitely be staying here. Thank you Olivia!

Viva Roma!

We absolutely enjoyed our 5 nights at Olivia's apartment in the heart of ancient Rome. The accommodation was exactly as stated. The location was superb. We were able to walk everywhere. The restaurant below the apartment, Al Braciere, was so convenient and the pastas and pizzas were delicious. There's a Pam groceria at the corner and the Ristocaffe, 3 minute's walk is the place to go for cappuccino and croissants. There's lots of lively action in the area and plenty of choices for dining. Olivia was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. Thank you for being an excellent host.
