Estuvimos 15 días, nunca hubo nadie en el mostrador por cualquier eventualidad que ocurriera, En todo este tiempo nunca nos cambiaron la ropa de cama, aunque lo pedimos,el colchón de la cama pésimo para arruinarte la columna,la entrada es muy sucia, tienen una alfombra que deja mucho que desear, hay mucho polvo en las habitaciones , no es una buena limpieza la que se hace en ellas, hay olor a suciedad y humedad en todo el hotel

El alojamiento está en un lugar perfecto para visitar muchos monumentos y el Vaticano. Además, las terrazas tienen unas vistas excelentes y están bien cuidadas. La única pega es que el edificio es antiguo y a veces las cañerías desprenden mal olor, mejor dejar puesto el extractor del baño todo el día. Pese a esto, cuando vuelva a Roma repetiré alojamiento

No fue una buena experiencia, llegar a un lugar a hacer el check in, en un cuarto adaptado como recepción y que nos dijeran que nuestro cuarto estaba en otro edificio a dos cuadras. El personal muy amable, nos llevó las maletas. El edificio está en una calle muy sucia y para llegar al elevador pasa uno por un pasillo. con pasto artificial muy sucio donde los vecinos pone la basura, el elevador MUY caliente. El cuarto y baño bien de muy buen tamaño, remodelado, buenos espacios, no buen colchón, ya con mucho uso.

Lo mejor, la cercanía de la Piazza Navona. Realmente el hotel son pisos reacondicionados bien adaptados. Lo peor, el baño con una ducha estrechísima y mucho olor a cañería.

Lo único bueno del hotel es que está bien situado, no tiene recepción en el mismo edificio, mal olor a cloaca en toda la habitación en especial el baño y no te hacen la habitación ni un solo día, mucho que desear para una ciudad tan bonita

Place to avoid
If i would be coming back to Rome i would definitely avoid this place, the room stinks due to the sink of the bathroom, the shower is the tiniest i ever been and they have so many machines in the patio that you barely managed to sleep, the only good thing of this place is the location but neither the staff is helpful, think twice when choosing this place

Thanks for your review. It's really strange that you leave this review without never come to reception to complain about your problems. You stayed many days and can do that easy, just coming in reception or even call us, as you done this morning asking for change room, and we soon change your room. About the room, many people before you found this room excellent and without any problems. In the third floor of an ancient building, near an amazing rooftop terrace with fantastic view of Rome and vatican chapel.

El lugar esta mega ubicado, esta a unos pasos del vaticano, cerca de la plaza Navona, resturantes y tiendas. Lo malo es que el check in se hace en otro lugar, y consideto que le falta una remodelacion al edificio, el cuarto esta aceptable pero con muy reducido.

Lo califico fatal no por fakta de confort, limoieza etc. Pague el hotel y alli me cobraron una fianza, totalmente indebida que no me han devuelto. No me han contestado a mensajes.

Lo mejor que tiene es la ubicación y la terraza con unas vistas de Roma increíbles. Y las dos personas de la recepción física ... amabilísimas. Lo peor ... según llegamos había un chicle verde pegado en la mesilla, polvo en las repisas, un olor en el baño a alcantarilla ...y el chico que nos entregó las llaves ... nada q ver con los de la recpeción. Hubiera hecho falta otro juego de llaves.

Estancia situada en el centro, en un lugar idóneo si se va a hacer turismo. Cuarto limpio y moderno. El personal encantador y dan facilidades para dejar las maletas si llegas antes y para dejarlas después de dejar la habitación. La terraza tiene unas vistas espectaculares de sitios emblemáticos de Roma.

Olores desagradables
Estuvimos alojados en su estudio y el olor a cañerías es realmente desagradable. Fuimos a la recepción del hotel a quejarnos y nos dijeron que mandarían un operario (lo único que notamos al volver al apartamento fue el extractor de olores encendido) por lo que estuvimos durante los 5 días con el mismo olor.... En cuanto a la ubicación es muy buena a 2 minutos de Navona.

Es una buena opción por su ubicación y los aditamentos con los que cuenta (cocina integral con frigobar y microondas), el único detalle es tener que hacer el check in en otro lugar, a unas 3-4 cuadras de los departamentos, donde te otorgan la llave y ya puedes ingresar al edificio por tu cuenta, ya que no hay ninguna persona en el lugar. Salvo esta situación que debes prever con tiempo, todo excelente con la habitación.

Muy central, muy buenas las habitaciones, solo un poco oscura la que nos tocó. Las terracitas del rooftop son muy agradables. Lo único que no me gusto mucho es que no tiene recepción propia el hotel por lo que si uno necesita algo, no hay nadie que pueda atender las solicitudes. Para pedir una cobija adicional me toco mandar un mail.

No es un hotel sino una serie de departamentos con una recepcion y una bonita terraza. El depto que nos tocó era muy cómodo, moderno y bien equipado. La ubicación es inmejorable. A la vuelta de Plaza Navona.

Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut. Diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Late-checkin hat gut funktioniert und das Bett war unerwartet bequem. Ansonsten können wir leider nichts Positives berichten. Das Zimmer war extrem (!) dreckig, lieblos eingerichtet, sehr dunkel und extremst hellhörig. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Dachterrasse mit einem Wahnsinns-Blick über Rom, jedoch ist auch diese völlig verdreckt. Sehr schade, das Hotel hätte Potenzial. Der günstige Preis lässt zwar einiges verzeihen, jedoch würden wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und auch selbst kein zweites Mal buchen!

Absolutely TERRIBLE place. There has been constant inconveniences after another. Initial address provided was incorrect as to where the lobby was. The receptionist was very hard to get in touch with over the phone or by email (even Expedia agent said they had a hard time) (they also hung up on the phone on us and the Expedia agent). They made us go up and down the street looking for where the check-in lobby was, which was not easy to find. Eventually we went back to the address listed only to be picked up by someone (don’t know if he works there) only for him to bring us to where the lobby was which was a few minutes away from the address provided. When being brought to our room (the address provided) we were told we would have to relocate rooms the next day. The receptionist wouldn’t give a clear reason as to why that is, and we had to reorganize our plans in order to accommodate this (pack and leave our bags with the room key in the room) the next day. We started our day much earlier, at 9am when they opened we talked to them when we are to come back to move our stuff to the next room. When we came back at that time the room was not even ready and now we are back to our old room waiting for the cleaner to finish up. We asked if we could just keep our original room and we are told that we COULD NOT, and had to wait to move to the new room. This whole experience has definitely ruined our time in Rome. We later found out this was all due to overbooking.

Man sollte sich bewusst sein in keine 4 Sterne Unterkunft zu kommen. Aber die Lage , der Preis und der Charme war es uns wert und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir buchten ein Trippleroom die eindeutig in der Beschreibung anders aussahen und woanders lagen. Sie stellten somit ein Bett in das kleine Zimmer was zur Via Coronari (historische Straße) rausging. Es ist teil einer Wohnung im ersten Stock mit Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer mit Küche aber jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Die Größe war wunderbar und auch das Bad. Die trubelige Strasse hatte etwas und manchmal saßen wir sogar und schauten dem Treiben zu. Nervig ist nur wenn morgens um 4 die Müllabfuhr kommt. Im dritten Stock des Wohnhauses ist dann die nächste Wohnung mit Rezeption die unbesetzt ist und der Treppe hinauf auf die wunderbare Dachterrasse. Alles etwas schrabbelig aber mit Charme.

Charming guest house, a heritage building. Love the location close to Piazza Navona and the Ponte, close to everywhere! The rioni in itself, felt like you're in Italy! If you like that dolce vita feel. Lovely everywhere! Relais Arco della Pace gave us the Studio on the ground floor. It was big with two bathrooms. Room has no windows though but toilet has, which is weird. Keys are outdated. Too many and heavy for carry around. They clean everyday replace fresh towels made in Greece. I like the place the only comment I have is that, there's a moldy smell and curtain sort of dusty. I have allergies so, I wear mask each time am inside the room. For some reason, taxi and uber are confused in the area.

Fantastic location, was one of the quietest rooms I have stayed in Italy. From Milan, Florence to Rome. The bed was comfortable, but had significant dips of other peoples bodies. So it was uncomfortable to sleep in at night. Also, we could not figure out the radiator so the temperature was warm, but we just open the windows. The staff was very friendly and communicated clearly about parking and procedures for check in check out. The view from the terrace is amazing at night!

While our overall stay was pleasant enough, the property left much to be desired. I don’t know how it could be rated 4 stars by a reputable service like Expedia unless they don’t follow up very often. The room had a foul odor coming out of the downstairs bathroom, the upstairs one had a leak and the hot water would not last for everyone to shower. The building was safe enough but very noisy on some nights. The lights would not work properly either in the bathroom until the proprietor fixed it. The shower head in the bathroom was also broken and we had to crouch down to use it. The towels were not very good. I know these are all nitpicky details but they all added up in the end.

Trevi fountian piazza navano spanish steps pantheon all easily walkable and ahort taxis to coliseum il vittorriano the roman forum ruins palpatine hill. There is literally food everywhere and a castle lokcs away right close to the vatican as well.

It was OK, just ok. the first thing I did was grab the door handle and I came off in my hand, an omen for the hotel. The shower was absolutely minuscule and as the hose was fixed to the centre of a corner shower, you had even less room than that. Every time you touched it, something new fell off too. The room felt dirty, long black hair scattered about and was overall just a bit grimy. Comfy bed but could have used with a couple of extra pillows. View looked out onto the lift shaft and water tank, saying this, the location was very central for our trip to Rome so that was definitely a plus. To get to the apartment, you have to go through a very long building and up either lots of steps, or a very shaky lift. There are some lovely bars/ shops very close by too, we would always go the the same bar for pre drinks about 3 mins away. The main thing that annoyed us however was the morning of departure, the hotel advertised that checkout was 10am. We had the cleaners repeatedly trying to open our door at 9:30am despite telling them “10mins!” and proceeded to congregate outside our door. This made for a stressful/ rushed departure. All in all, for what I paid it was ok. Not the most horrific place I’ve ever stayed but definitely not the best. It was for 2 nights and we barely spent any time in there, maybe on purpose….

Ok men inte mer.
Ska ni bara ha en säng och ett litet badrum är det allt ni behöver. Läget är fantastikt. Gångavstånd till alla sevärdheter. Det är inget hotel, bara rum av olika kvalitet. Bilderna på rummen som ligger på sajten ljuger rätt bra. Men som sagt, ska ni bara en säng, toa och dusch så funkar det. Just ja, de har ingen reception utan den ligger 150m längre bort, öppen mellan 09.00 - 17.00.
