Cuarto chico pero bonito buena cama, buenas sabanas, baño chico pero bueno, bien decorado. Restaurante en roof top muy bueno, pésima atención del capitán, reserve una mesa y nos acomodo en una barrita mínima, si me hubiera dicho que mi reserva me iba a sentar ahí no hubiera ido. Pésima atención del Capitán

Gran hotel en buen lugar en Roma!
Muy buen hotel, siempre regresaría por su ubicación, diseño y amplitud de cuartos. También el servicio es maravilloso!

bueno en todo sentido
excelente ubicación , muy buena la recepción, el concierte, y excelente Fabrizio el barman (seguir sus consejos) y expectacular la vista desde el bar de la terraza - si se reservó una suite junior, rechazar las 104,204, etc, no son suite, a lo sumo habitaciones superiores - me quejé por este hecho y me mudaron inmediatamente , y me hicieron además un up-grading - recomendable en todo sentido

Melhor hotel de Roma!!! Todo ano fazemos questão de voltar e ficar hospedados. Alem do conforto dos quartos, localização perfeita a equipe de satffs saõ incriveis e fazem nos sentir em casa. Gianfranca e Antonio saõ extremamente atenciosos e tornam tudo ainda mais especial.

We had a two room suite that was perfect for 8 days in Rome. Big walk-in closet and king bed in the bedroom and large well equipped bathroom off the sitting room. Both rooms with large flat screens. Close to everything in historic Rome.

Very friendly personnel. They are really willing to help and do their best. There is strange system with A/C and heating. Now it is only for heating and it's not possible to regulate the temperature. We slept with the opened window but it was still too hot. Location is nice, we walked everywhere we wanted.

Being winter season, our centralized heating system was on as normal, but this November for 2 days we had very strange and very hot weather during the day and cold during the evening. The staff here is amazing. When we checked in, everyone was so nice. They gave us a sightseeing game plan for our three days in Rome with recommendations for gelato and pizza places. They also made dinner reservations for us at a couple of fantastic restaurants. The room was terrific, spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. My only minor issue was a little noise at night from the restaurant below. I would ask for a higher room next time. The hotel location was great, walking distance to the sights and shopping, but located on a small quiet street. I would stay here next time in Rome.

The staff was incredible. They went over and beyond to make our trip peaceful and easy. We couldn’t have somebody it without there help. The location is perfect! Walking distance to most areas. I love it ! Would stay here again !

スイートの宿泊。 スタッフやおもてなし、夜のバー含めてそこは良かった。 部屋の広さや雰囲気も最高だった。 一方で、場所は思ったより寂れており、夜は少し警戒が必要だった（気にしすぎかもしれないが）。 また、非常に残念な事にジャグジーをONにすると、黒い水垢が大量に出てきた。これはいけない。
