Ha sido una estancia maravillosa. Camas súper cómodas y habitaciones muy amplias. Nos recibieron sin problema antes de la hora de entrada y amablemente nos dieron el desayuno en una caja porque nuestro vuelo era muy temprano. 1000% recomendado

Es muy bonito, la habitación y el baño muy amplios para tres persona.Super bien comunicado, con el bus cerca para ir a cualquier lado. El desayuno maravilloso. Y el personal muy atento. Me volveria a quedar allí de nuevo.

Hotel recomendable
Es un buen hotel, gente amable, está situado en la zona de bares y restaurantes y junto a 2 centros comerciales. Bien comunicado con el aeropuerto y con muchas empresas alrededor que te organizan todo tipo de excursiones y eventos.

Wir waren für vier Nächte im Hotel. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und gut temperiert. Trotz der Große des Hotels, war es ruhig. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Fragen wurde umfassend beantwortet. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl. Allerdings null Variation. Nach 3 Tagen hatten wir uns daran satt gegessen. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr hellhörig und deshalb nicht sonderlich gemütlich. Die Lage vom Hotel ist super. Mitten in der Innenstadt. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Tourenanbieter und Shoppingmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Mit dem Taxi ist man in 15 Minuten am Flughafen. Ein Bus fährt regelmäßig zum Weihnachtsmanndorf. Fazit: perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Kann man sich empfehlen Warum 1 Stern Abzug? Preislich 200€ die Nacht ist kein Schnapper

The tablet with Aurora notifications makes this property unique and top notch. We stayed for a night to do peak season and low availability on our travel dates but we saw Aurora! Buffet breakfast is also very generous. Highly recommended!

Dear Thea,thank you for your feedback. In our Santa's Igloos we do have tablets with Aurora notifications. In Santa's Hotel Santa Claus we do not have the tablets, because right in the city center it can be hard to see the Auroras, because of the city lights.However we hope you enjoyed your stay in Rovaniemi and you are warmly welcome to visit us again!

Buona struttura in centro a Rovaniemi. La camera rinnovata scelta era molto carina, spaziosa con una bella vista. Era abbastanza pulita ma ogni tanto qualche capello un giro c’era. Colazione così così buona, internazionale ma non ottima. Se dovessi ritornare, ci ritornerei.

Perfect visit
The Santa hotel was wonderful in every way....our arrival, check in was quick and easy and the reception area is/was warm and welcoming ...and beautifully decorated. I was enchanted with families playing in snow right in front of the hotel. And the hotel had a box of toboggans and snow play was encouraged/ Room was super comfortable. Food is restaurant was great and fairly priced. Enjoyed every second there.

Hair in the shower, drain wasn't working, and something purple in the tub. So when I took a shower, there was purple that came up and stayed in the water. It was gross!

In our Hotel we have a central heating system that cannot be adjusted room by room much, therefore it takes longer for the rooms to cool down.Hopefully we get to welcome you to our hotel again in the future.

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein centre ville, les chambres sont grandes et jolies, très bon petit déjeuner également avec une grande variété de produits. Le bar de l’hôtel est également très sympa. Le seul bémol est le matelas beaucoup trop mou pour nous mais sinon nous recommandons.

Santa themed hotel
Best place to stay when you are in Rovaniemi, its in the city center. Ten mins ride from the airport as well as the Santa Claus village.
