Parecia que el transporte al aeropuerto estaba incluido y por eso lo elegimos pero nos hicieron pagar 100bath por persona. Nos dijeron que solo era el ir desde el aeropuerto pero en los papeles del propio hotel y la web dice "free shuttle to the airport"

Buena relación precio calidad
Tanto la habitación como los espacios del hotel son limpios y correctos, linda decoración, buena actitud del personal. En la habitación había aguas y café de cortesía. Relación precio calidad excelente. Nos alojamos una noche porque teníamos vuelo al día siguiente con lo cual no pudimos recorrer mucho la zona, pero por lo que vimos parece un barrio tranquilo, con algunas cuadras de restaurantes y negocios. La playa quedara a unos 7 minutos de caminata.

Conveniente estadía a minutos del aeropuerto
Hotel muy bueno estéticamente y muy limpio. Queda muy cerca del aeropuerto y te van a buscar cuando llegas (hay que evitar la mafia de taxis de phuket). Pasamos sólo unas horas porque partiamos temprano al día siguiente. La zona no parece de lo mejor como para hacer playa.

Terrible
Nobody at office all day. About 40 degree in the office . Pipe from the toilet leaking for long long time and water going in the shower . Your feet are in it . Rest of room old and used . No maintenance here . Cleaning staff not friendly either. Go to the next street at Sonwa resort .same price but a world of difference .

Hotel très bien situé, proche commerces et restaurants et à 10 mn â pieds de la plage. A 5 mn de l'aeroport ( le taxi à l'entrée du parking nous a proposé la course à 150 bath pour 3 personnes) L hotel est tres propre et décoré avec goût. C est très joli. Nous avons été tres bien.accueillis. Nous etions au 3e etage, belle vue et tres calme.

Jag hade en trevlig vistelse på Chill house. Fräscha rum och härlig personal. Väldigt god frukost har dom också. Det som är negativt är såfall att personalen inte var jätteduktiga på engelska men överlag en mycket trevlig vistelse. Kort promenad från stranden.

The interior is bright and the rooms mostly clean. I had a little problem with some tiny ants crawling out from the back of the wooden frame of the bed one night but they disappeared after a few hours. I thought the front desk staff were quite friendly and helpful.

Very nice surprise!
Chill House is a bit hidden from the main street and out of way which makes this hotel a very calm place to stay, but also difficult for others to find. We loved our short stay here - it was very cute, clean and friendly. We arrived late on the day of check-in without problems and were able to leave our luggage after check-out and could enjoy the afternoon at the nearby beach (which actually is quite nice btw)! Convenient and close to the airport.

Staff at Chill house is very friendly and happy to help with anything. Rooms need some TLC and upgrading but generally not bad for what you pay. Close to beach, bars and restaurants. The only major thing the hotel lacks is a swimming pool.

The property is affordable and just a short walk to the gorgeous beach which is exactly what I was looking for. The room was beautifully decorated (as shown in the website’s photographs) and the bed was nice and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and vendors around the property. The only slight drawback was that it could get a bit noisy at times, but overall a good experience.

Отелем пользуюсь уже четвертый раз. Хорошее обслуживание, чисто, не шумно. Удобное расположение. Есть трансфер в/из аэропорт.

5 min walk to the beach, cute and fun nautical theme, bed was large and comfy, room had a balcony, 2 waters every morning, shampoo and body wash, q-tips and other bathroom essentials, overall I loved it! Negative-There were lots of ants in my room, specifically on my toilet which I noticed too late after a long day of travel. The woman at the front desk got it cleaned but not very politely and pretty dismissive. the male night clerk was much more friendly and accommodating. Taxi stand at the end of the walkway up was a little sketch but never too invasive as the normal Thai way. Would recommend as a female solo traveler!

Nice staff BUT I've booked 2 nights and the first night I have to move to another hotel without informed and I knew after check in procedure. Room is good condition with balcony. Location is good to the convenience store and motorbike rental. Airport transfer is free for one trip to the hotel and 100THB extra if you want to go the airport. Overall good and you're close to the beach with 5 mins walk.

They say Thailand is the land of smiles. Well that all ends at this hotel and maybe that is why they call it Chill House. The receptionist perhaps is not from Thailand as she was rude, unpleasant and should not be in the hospitality business.

Great stay close to the beach
Great overnight stay. Cold AC. Warm bed. Hot shower. Downside was there's only one English TV channel & it's a France news channel. So not exactly as advertised online. But the service was good and it's nice being so close to the beach and national park, both within a few minutes walking. Much better than staying on "the strip" with more traffic and just a minute closer to the airport. I'd stay here again, but plan my own entertainment in lieu of the tv.

Short but sweet stay
We stayed for only around 12 hours as we had an early morning flight and we only paid £18 for the night which was an amazing deal. The place was cute and quiet and we went to grab dinner in the restaurant at the Proud Hotel opposite which was lovely. Super close to the airport also for convenience.

It was ok. real basic but overall good for first day in Phuket after airport. the bathroom was smelly though and had a lot of mosquitos.. and it was very noisy.. the lobby itself looks cute and the exterior of lobby is ok. Staff was ok. The guy was very friendly and nice.. the girls very grumpy.

Simple but convenient
SImple, clean and convenient hotel close to both airport (3 mins in taxi) and beach (3 mins walking). Friendly staff, easy check in. No complaints. You probably wouldn’t want this as your vacation holiday as there’s no pool or gym but as a transit stop it’s great.

シャワーが固定式
エクスペディアの評価は数値が足りなくて的確な点数付けができないので、個人的には《3.5》の評価であるとしておく。 ネット接続は安定しており、テレビの映りは良かった。私が泊った部屋は裏手の広い空地に面していたので、騒音が聞こえず静かであった。シャワーは水量も圧力も十分だったが、壁に固定されているためホース式のように体をこまめに洗えない。道路に出て左へえ50メートル行くと数か月前にできた新しいセヴン・イレヴンがある。しかし酒類は売っていない。海まで徒歩4分。小奇麗で貝殻や船の備品をあちこちに飾っておりおしゃれな造りになっている。私はシャワーに結構なこだわりがあるので、ここの固定式のやつは好きにはなれなかった。くつろげる場所はあるが、プールがないので、ホテルで一日中のんびり、というわけにはいかない。

Péssima experiência.
As instalações do hotel são condizentes com as fotos. O atendimento foi muito ruim. A recepcionista do hotel não falava inglês. Hotel não possui elevador. Não bastasse isso, embora conste no site do Hotel tranfer gratuito do/para o aeroporto, o hotel cobrou pelo transporte alegando que a página estava desatualizada. O hotel não respondeu aos emails e contatos realizados pelo site. Não recomendo.

Si la décoration est conforme aux photos, la réalité est bien moins flatteuse : c'est sale, ça sent le moisi.... Et pour cause, la salle de bain est moisie. Si vous devez séjourner dans cet hôtel demandez à ne pas loger au rez-de-chaussée car la famille de l'hôtel y vis et laisse leur porte ouverte sur le couloir occasionnant beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à tard le soir (ils ont un enfant en bas âge qui veille tard et qui joue et crie dans le couloir). Prix de la navette aéroport exagéré : 100 bath par personne alors que seulement 5 minutes de trajet
