The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean as well as the lobby. The continental breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day.

Bathroom in our room had not been cleaned and had stains on the floor. The staff was quick to attend to it but the stains were very gross and I didn’t have confidence the rest of the room was clean after that.

Ice machine did not work so had to go to the hotel next door and get it myself. Gym located next door also. They did not have a roll away bed.

The hotel was fine, but beware that you'll be nickel-and-dimed for EVERYTHING. Theres a fee of $12 per night for parking. And a sign said that pets are an extra $150 plus $25 per pet. Paying almost $200 for 1 night and having to pay for parking on top of that was insulting. This place was fine but not worth all of that money.

If the property wants to charge for parking then there should be enough for the guests. We had to circle around a couple times and could not find a spot near the hotel. So, we parked pretty far and had to walk. With the limited spots near the hotel, the parking must be free of charge (at least one car per unit - free). The mattress in our unit was great!

The front desk staff at check in was very friendly and considerate. The breakfast was delicious and well maintained (compliments to attentive staff) overall great hotel stay

Noisey traffic outside kept me awake until
Noisey vehicle traffic kept me up after 11pm. The window are not sound proof. Everything else was very good.

Excellent except for parking. Two HUGE tour buses took up about 16 spaces so very problematic when hotel is booked
