Clean and comfortable. Unable to get checked into the hotel and left without ever filling out paperwork. There is no one at the front desk and did not show up when called. The place is a great location with a lot of charm A good value for the money

we never saw anyone who worked there. there was a sign on the door to call someone instead of checking in. we were then directed to walk a far distance from the lobby and up a flight of outside stairs, around a corner and finally to our room, where the key was in the door. the bathroom had a bad smell, the beds were on plywood, and the walls were made of stone-my daughter banged her head on it while in bed. no instructions were given how to check out, there was nobody to ask for anything and the kitchenette was dirty. wouldn't recommend it.

A serene stay
The service at the hotel was excellent, as was the cleanliness of the place. The room we were in had thick cave walls and so our phones did not work in there, but it was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Not so nice stay
The room we got was pretty big , however we check in , the 1st room we got was without working refrigerator, so we were offer other room , on this one - after few hours we found that there no hot water ( but this was fixed ). The number of towels left was only one ( this was increased upon request)
