El desayuno NO está disponible en el hotel si no se pide antes de las 8 pm del día anterior. Si usted llega a las 9 pm no podrá desayunar al día siguiente. Y para hacerlo deberá caminar hasta el puerto a unos 12 o 15 minutos. No hay ascensor para una habitación en el segundo piso. La mujer rubia que está en la recepción no ofrece ninguna ayuda.

El hotel es muy agradable , cerca del centro de la ciudad el recinto de la piscina es muy bonito y bien cuidado , las habitaciones correctas . Por el precio de la habitación en agosto el que dejen una botella de agua al día incluida en el Precio de la habitación no estaría de más

Die Buchung im Le Mandala war ein absoluter Fehler! Am Tag vor unserer Anreise wurden wir telefonisch informiert, dass dieses Hotel kein warmes Wasser habe und wir in ein anderes Hotel gehen müssten. Nach unserer Besichtigung des Hotels Le Mandala waren alle Türen verschlossen und ein Zettel wies darauf hin, dass man anrufen müsse! In unseren Augen stimmte alles nicht und wir hatten den Eindruck, dass das Hotel vielleicht aus finanziellen Gründen geschlossen war. Die Umquartierung in das andere Hotel La Ponche klappte nach harten Diskussionen. Wir hatten die Unterkunft ja bereits im Voraus bezahlt. Im La Ponche waren das Personal hilfsbereit und korrekt. Niemals würde ich mehr im Le Mandala buchen! Christian

I want to give a special shoutout to the staff at Hotel Le Mandela, they were absolutely amazing and so nice to us. We weren’t able to speak French and they helped us with getting taxis and negotiating with drivers. They made our stay very comfortable and I highly recommend them for their generosity and kind services!! It was also a close 10 min walk to the city town and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Very nice, modern rooms, in a quiet boutique hotel. About a 12 minute walk from the port. Close enough to walk to dinner, a couple of blocks away from the traffic. We highly recommend this hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful with our reservations and suggestions.

Das Bett war leider sehr durchgelegen und es wäre an der Zeit für eine neue Matratze. Zudem kamen nochmal 30€ für einen Parkplatz hinzu, wobei der Parkplatz wirklich grenzwertig ist.

I thought the parking was complimentary but there is a fee. The staff is very nice and accommodating. It is a short walk to town so very convenient but quiet space to escape the chaos of town

The hotel is very clean and the staff both friendly and helpful. Location is good. Just a 5 minute walk to the Place des Lices. Rooms are very nicely furnished. Only downside was the noise early in the morning from the traffic.

The staff were very friendly and prompt with any issues. The downsides were the noise from the neighbouring streets and the shower seems to get a lot of water on the floor. The location was great, very walkable to downtown St. Tropez and the pool area was very relaxing

Great value and quality for St Tropez
Very stylish boutique hotel in every sense. Excellent parking spaces and our upgraded room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent value for St Tropez. The only slight negative is the location which doesn’t feel like St Tropez and is a 10 minute walk along a busy road but that’s reflected in the price and the accommodation and helpful staff and management make it worth it.

Nice room. Good location. Parking onsite. No elevators leading up to reception or rooms. Luckily there was a young man on staff to help or we wouldn’t have been able to carry luggage in. Pool needs refinishing and cleaning due to residue on the surface.

What a great boutique hotel. If you are new to the area. This is a great option. When booking for St Tropez you want to be close to the part area. That’s where all the restaurants and night life are at. The hotel is walking distance to everything. Had such a great time here. The staff is super friendlly, bed was comfy.. all around great experience
