En fantastisk kilometerlång nästan öde strand utanförhotellet! Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Palm Grove restaurant vid stranden var stängd för långe tid. Var lite trist med den enda bufferestsuranten. Hotellet ligger lite långt utanför centrum och taxi är dyrt. Ingen shuttle service erbjuds.

Decent hotel, but it needs updating. Beds are quite uncomfortable. Bathroom is old (need a stepladder to get into the tub). Breakfast was mediocre. Dinner was pretty good but way overpriced.

Excellent choice but some concern
As Resort it was clean and comfort and my family enjoy the stay and the resort. Two concern : the receptionist did not give me full detail of what I can get or how to get the in the facility, I have to ask for everything. 2nd: as 5 star resort the breakfast was normal with less choice and same plate every day.

Really Really Really bad. Came at around 2:30 received the room at approximately 3:30. Was given a wrong room and had to move again. Next day i was told to leave at 12:00 pm becuase they were fully booked which was not true because the new law in Oman is they are only allowed to book 75% of the hotel due to covid-19. I told them my flight is at 11:00 pm at least give me till 3:30 because i received the room late and you gave me a wrong room. The reply was sorry sir this is our policy and were fully booked. WHAT A SERVICE?

Many thanks for you the good services overall. I but I did not see pid parking, otherwise I will park, I have asked them for the parking which in front of reception, but they said it is for some special guest. And down parking there is a high risk for car damage because of parachute iron. Overall I am happy to stay in Hilton Salalah Resort.

Actually I already wrote my Comments for your good hotel, i repate 1) I fave problem with food as there were no any vegetable cook by olive oil, 2) no good green and black olive oil in breakfast 3) over boiled eggs which is dangerous for health 4) most of the meat , chicken either fried or by alot of oily sauces. All above complain advised to Mr Ahmet food manager who is very nice very cooperative man and he assist me alot for the food , Also Elena in reception is very good girl. So if food improve people from Mediterrania will have muxh wnjoyable stat in tour hotel

Great Room! Ocean is further away than expected.
The room was fabulous and newly renovated. We only had one patio chair, but they brought another one up right away. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. Pool was refreshingly chilly, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We were happy to lounge out by the pool, however the walk to the ocean is further than I expected. Once you make the walk, you will find it breathtakingly beautiful. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Découverte du sud Oman
A la découverte du sud de l;Oman , cet établissement est très bien placé avec un bon rapport qualité prix pour cette gamme . La vue des grues du port nuit un peu au panorama sur l'océan mais les plages sont tellement gigantesques que l'on peut se déplacer plus au sud pour en profiter . Nous avons fait de belles rencontres parmi les omanais qui sont très ouverts et accueillants.

Nice hotel for a few days. Quite far away from the city, other shops, restaurants etc. However, there is a bus stop just out of the entrance and there seems to be taxis waiting 24/7 also

Nice and friendly hotel but damp smelling rooms.
Nice and clean hotel, but unfortunately the room had a damp and humid smell/feel.The hotel service and facilities are otherwise great.

The staff was very courteous and friendly..though this property is outstanding with amazing sea iews i still believe its not upto "hilton standards". Unfinished plastering work on the walkway could be seen. Rooms with amazing comfort and amneties but it lacked proper lighting controls. Overall a very good expirience at hilton

All facilities are very old and poorly maintained. Food is expremely bad and crazy overpriced (do not even waste your time going for any on the restaurant). Reception staff is the only positive thing in the entire resort. At best it is a 3star resort which ruined Hilton name for me

اشكر الموظفين التأليه أسمائهم : ١- شاكر موظف في الاستقبال يقوم بخدمة التنزيل والمتابعة هذا من جنسية هندية هذا الموظف اعرفه منذو الأقامة العام الماضي مخلص وبشوش ويحب مساعدة النزلاء بالفندق . ٢- الموظفتين في مطعم الفندق وقت الإفطار الموظفة / هديل المصرية والموظفة لاأعرف اسمها وهي من جنسية تنزانيا أو جنسية أخرى من أفريقيا. . ٣- الموظف الفلبين في خدمة تنظيف الغرف . اشكرهم جميعآ على اخلاصهم ومثابرتهم بالعمل وخدمة النزلاء . هؤلاء واجهت منتجع صلالة أتمنى من ادارة الفندق تكريمهم على جهودهم ..
