De deposito pidieron 100 dlls y en el cuarto la televisión se ven muchas rayas y dos lamparas no prenden ademas el control remoto con cinta pegado y quebrado. Y lo que salga mas que aun no sabemos Espero y me regresen mi deposito.

Fuerte olor a marihuana y cigarro en los pasillos y habitaciones del segundo piso al parqueo. No es apto para familias ni niños, personas ajenas al hotel fuman drogas en el parqueo. No lo recomiendo a nadie. Hay lugares mejores. Solo 1 noche y tuvimos que cancelar. el servicio al cliente y atención de la persona en el lobby es pésima y de mala gana, nunca quiso ayudar en nada.

Precio justo!
El hotel muy bien excepto el area del ascensor , tanto dentro de el como sus salidas, necesitan algo de remodelación. Por lo demás todo bien.

I am pretty sure there was a hefty mold problem in the room and he hotel. I was getting allergy reactions from the moment I stepped into the room and saw visible signs of mold on the bathroom ceiling and in the air conditioning unit vent. Otherwise, the hotel was in a safe enough area and a decent walk from the convention center, where I was attending a conference.

The hotel overall had a heavy stench of cigarettes, even though all the rooms are non-smoking. The sheets even had holes that resembled cigarette burns, but had obviously been washed. In the bathroom, the sink was very slow to drain and the toilet was always on the verge of overflowing. Also a good to know is if you have a later flight out, they will not hold your bags for you after you check out.

The room was filthy, and the front desk did nothing to resolve the disgusting moldy, stain covered sheets and pillow cases. There was a used towel hanging up when I checked in as well. Cigarette burned bed spread and trash on the floor when I checked in. Internet issues, and the tv is a joke considering all 8 channels are fuzzy

TV reception terrible had to use my I pad for TV Rooms old and run down feels like management doesn't care anymore. Took a 100.00 deposit they said they would return on check out. Called 4 days later and they said I would receive in 5 to 7 business days. Will not return to this property.

The Reservation was fully paid, and was cancelled without any notice from either Quality Inn or Expedia. The property manager was inconsiderate of the situation and cared less about the situation. This has been by far the most horrible experience ever while traveling

It's obvious that regular maintenance hasn't been done on the building and they smell of stale smoke in the room was overpowering. It could be a nice place if they put money into it and renovated. The beds were comfortable and it had a good breakfast.

We had a poor experience at this hotel. We found some maintenance issues with our room. First the smoke detector was not working, a stain on one our bed sheets, and one of the towels. The door to our room had some damage. The good thing they did for us. The staff member did allow us to keep our car parked at the property after we checked out, so we can attend General Conference. And to allow us to use the toilet when we came back from General Conference, just before we picked the car up to leave.

The location is convenient to downtown Salt Lake City. However, The bedspreads were either dirty or stained. The toilet seat was very loose. The mattresses were old. One of the law tags said it was 2013 and the other looked like it said 2003. I couldn't really tell due to the stain on it. We saved some money staying here but it wasn't worth it.
