Debido a la pandemia la limpieza del hotel estaba muy limitada; por lo contrario, debía ser mucho mayor por esta misma razón.

Precio calidad excelente
El precio fue muy económico. El tamaño de la habitación más pequeña de lo normal, pero o cama muy cómoda. El desayuno por la pandemia es para llevar al cuarto y está muy reducido y escaso.

This property needs a facelift. There are signs of age everywhere. E.g., the tile grout in the bathroom (Room 205) looks like a 4-year old child did it.

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing and nice. The breakfast could use some more options. The rooms were not insulated very well, you could clearly hear conversations in the rooms next door and hallways.

The hotel itself is fine, Nothing fancy, but we didn't pay for fancy. The area around us is full of hotels but limited on places to eat. It's great for an early morning flight.

The hotel was great- the pool, service, room and breakfast were all very good, and the location is excellent for late airport arrivals. My only nitpicks are that the outlets in the room didn't have USB jacks, which I expect for a hotel to get 5 star review, and the orange juice machine at breakfast was enjoying 6 watery juice when I used it, although hotel staff replaced the juice bag inside a few minutes later without any request from me. The breakfast in general was better than most hotels I've stayed at in this price range.

Fairfield Inn in an okay hotel; you could probably do worse for the price. Quite a bit rundown, in dire need of a facelift. It serves precisely one service: spend a night there on your way to your final destination.. The hotel is very close to the airport and is surrounded by other hotels - almost a dozen total in a small area. Nothing wrong with this, except that the only walkable restaurants are grossly overpriced hotel franchise eateries. They advertise free shuttle to and from the airport. This indeed is the case. However, there is a catch! The shuttle is actually shared with other hotels in the area, and it is officially a Holliday Inn shuttle. What this means is that Holliday Inn guests get dibs in reserving the seats on it. What happened to us is that the night before I reserved two seats on the 6:30 shuttle the next morning. I even asked the receptionist right then and there to confirm there is nothing else I need to worry about. No she says. Around 3:45am (middle of the night) I get woken up by a call from downstairs. Apparently, most of the seats on the 6:30 shuttle got taken by Holliday Inn folks and thus the shuttle won't even stop at Fairfield Inn. Would I like to take an earlier shuttle? Definitely not what I imagined by "free airport shuttle". This earlier shuttle was double-booked too apparently, and we ended up waiting 15min for it to run to the airport, drop off, and then turn back to pick us up. Overall no high marks for convenience or service - just okay.

I HAD to have a shuttle at 4 am and found out that spot had been taken. Limited seats and not 24 hour service. Only 5 seats! Anyway, as a result I had to extend my rental car which will cost me because I have to get all 5 of us to the airport at 4. This was poorly advertised. The woman at the front desk was very nice but this was not her fault. The hotel should not advertise airport shuttle for such a limited number of people and times

Ten thumbs down!!!!! I had a reservation I called ahead because I was coming in on a late flight. Major communication issues. My room was moved to a sister hotel sometime during my last flight. I didn't get the email until the next day. Poor communication from clerk. Sister hotel would not answer desk phone. I just wanted to go to bed after a long travel day. I ended up searching for a room at midnight. Lost my money for a prepaid room. Very angry with the whole transaction.

I didn't have any hot water after running the water for 15 minutes. They offered to move me to the room next door, but I had a plane to catch and didn't have time to move.
