Lamento mucho los inconvenientes que ha experimentado con respecto al problema del depósito. Este no es el nivel de servicio que pretendemos brindar y quiero asegurarle que tomamos en serio sus inquietudes.Con respecto al depósito adicional de 30 por noche retenido al momento del check-in, revisé su reserva y parece que usó el depósito durante su estadía para cubrir la tarifa diaria de estacionamiento (20) y una compra adicional de 40 que realizó en nuestro Snack. Comercio. En total, retuvimos 200 al momento del check-in y sus gastos imprevistos (estacionamiento + compra en la tienda de refrigerios) terminaron siendo 123,30. Parece que devolvimos los 76,70 restantes a su tarjeta cuando realizó el check-out el 24/09/23 alrededor de las 8:32 a.m. El tiempo que tarda la devolución en aparecer en su cuenta realmente depende de cuánto tiempo le toma a su banco procesar el reembolso.
