High price for this place. The rooms are dirty, courtains and bed comforters burned with cigarettes. Also, the refrigerator doesn't work too.

The room and room rate was reasonable for the San Antonio area. Check out was a problem because the manager was not on-site and the person checking me out did not know how to provide a zero-balance receipt. I actually stopped in another day to get a receipt and got no satisfaction because the same person was there with no manger around. I asked on three separate occasions to have the receipt sent to me via E-Mail and still haven't received a receipt after two weeks. Also, I had booked my room for two nights, but when I tried to get to the hotel on the second night, the Interstate service road on which the hotel is located was blocked for construction. I drove around for over three hours trying to get to the hotel because I had left belongings in the room from the first night's stay. I finally resorted to driving up the one-way service road in the wrong direction to get to the hotel. The hotel management had to know that access to the hotel would be blocked for that night, but I suspect that they failed to inform Expedia that the hotel would be inaccessible that night. .

I liked there is a fridge and the bed and mattress were good that'all, but there was no blanket just a thin bed cover which was burned by cigarettes. the hotel is lost in the middle of nowhere between a railway and a motorway, there nothing around to get some food, no restaurant, just a circle K at a gaz station one mile away and there is no coffee maker in the room.

This was the dirtiest Hotel I have stayed at. The linens had burn holes. Towels terrible. It had roaches. I do not recommend anyone give this place money!!!

This was a poorly taken care of property. We cold smell smoke even though we asked for non smoking. There was mold in restroom. Toilet seat was torn up. The handle to turn on and off the shower was broken. The door to the room had no saftey lock because it was broken. We saw roaches in the microwave. The Sheetrock in the restroom was coming apart from the top.

I called the front desk repeatedly and never got an answer. The lughts by the bed didn't work, and neither did the electric outlets. No plastic cups and no Kleenex.

There was dirty bed spreads and cigarette burns on the comforter. Bathroom door was broken and did not close. Floors were dirty, food under bed. People were outside near the green water pool smoking, they seem to inhabit the hotel. Broken window glass on the floor. We ended up not even staying the night because we felt unsafe.

I liked the shampoo dispenser. I didnt like the dirty, bloody and cigarette burned sheets. I didnt like the fact the main lock was loose and the pillows were dirty yellow and flat. I had to use a shirt of my own as a pillow cover cause the pillow cases sucked. I felt dirty just staying there and went somewhere else to shower the tub was dirty. The bed itself though was nice but i had to use my own blanket that i had brought. This place is nothing like the pictures they use. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Good thing we were just there for the 1 night.

Not clean. Hair all over the floor a shirt still hanging behind the door.. blood on the wall and something else spilled down the wall where trash can is. Non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke (mainly restroom) i booked because it says guest laundry no laundry overall horrible stay

The place was dirty, dirty walls, the bed sheets were dirty with stains and some holes in the bedspread, even the white sheets looked dirty, dust on the floor.

Our room was definitely not worth the $115 we paid (for 3 adults). The motel looks nothing like the picture on the internet. The motel is very old and needs upkeep. The room was very small. The pool was so green you couldn't see even a few inches into the water. Obviously no one was swimming. Railroad tracks and trains run directly behind the motel. The room seemed reasonably clean, however, this is actually a low budget motel and should be priced and advertised as such.

The room was dirty. I requested 2 ground level rooms because I am disabled and have a hard time with stairs, we were only able to get one on ground level. The morning receptionist yelled at me when I walked into the lobby saying that I wasn't allowed in n there. I had to use the window. Then was rude while I asked for my receipt.

The only thing I liked was the soap dispensaries. The restroom door was broken. Literally off the hinges. Bedsheets were full of holes from cigarette burns. Railing outside room was very loose. Accident waiting to happen. Pool was absolutely green.
