Está justo en el centro del River Walk por lo que la ubicación es cómoda

El precio no representa lo que recibes, la propiedad es vieja, descuidada, sucia y de muy mala calidad. Pagas por la ubicación del hotel, no por la calidad de la propiedad. En mi caso hubieron cucarachas y en mi estancia con mi familia y mi bebé fue de lo más desagradable. En estos casos como clientes no deberíamos pagar nada en absoluto, solo así los hoteles tomarán medidas y cuidarán la estancia de sus huspedes y sus instalaciones. No es justo y ojalá se tomen medidas

They never Refill the gel Shower… there is an excesive charge for parking… The breakfast is always the same everyday. By the other Side its so quiet and the elevators were empty all the time. Ahh the river view room its not worthy.

Urge limpieza
La limpieza de la habitación fue terrible! Nunca nos cambiaron sábanas en una estadía de 8 noches, un día ni siquiera hicieron limpieza mínima (sacar basura cambio de toallas y cuando hablábamos a housekeeping tardan una hora en mandarnos toallas limpias, jabón, shampoo y todas las amenidades.

el servico al ingreso fue muy bueno, desayuno y snack excelente. solo la limpieza del habitación pesimo. se me perdieron 2 toallas de mi propiedad blancas y me mandaban a buscarla a la lavanderia. aun no se que se me cobrara por que se dejo un deposito, pero entere al pérsonal el cual no me resolvio y queda pendiente mi situación.
