Hi Josh, we appreciate your feedback. We do have it listed that it's in a downtown area and pretty much anywhere downtown SA is going to be older gentrified neighborhoods. It is a historic district and we also state that it's near train track. We provide earplugs for our guests. We can only hope that youll visit again in the future.

To state is unsafe is not accurate - we have never had any issues there that would make it unsafe. We take pest control very seriously and have a professional service on a regular schedule. After a recent heavy rain—common in Texas—some sugar ants did make an appearance, which we addressed promptly with our pest control provider. At the time of your stay, we were unaware there was an HVAC issue — had you reached out, we would have sent someone over right away. The next guest did notify us, and we were able to have the unit repaired promptly. We definitely would have done the same for you had we known. Regarding the missing sugar, creamer, and toiletries — those are items we always provide, so it sounds like our cleaners may have missed them during your turnover. Again, a quick message would’ve allowed us to bring those by for you. We’re always just a call or message away and happy to help when something’s not right. We appreciate the heads-up about the street lighting and will look into ways to make the property easier to identify at night.
