Overall we enjoyed our stay at this house - it’s an outdated layout but host managed to make the best out of it. Backyard pool with a sunset view is the highlight. Location is very close to airport. Neighborhood is peaceful but it’s not an aesthetic / upscale location and that may not be obvious from the listing (if that matters to you at all). Host is always available and accommodating.

Our family traveled in for our daughter’s graduation and the house worked great for our needs. It was close to the airport and the university and had nice amenities along with good host communication.

Overall, our stay at this property was great. The house was set up perfectly for our family - our 2 kids got their own rooms upstairs next to our master, and my mother got her own master downstairs away from the noise. We were grateful to have a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, as well as a play pen and high chair for our toddler. We all loved the pool and hot tub, and the house was in a great location. We did have some challenges with heating the pool and hot tub, but the property owner was quick to respond and assist. The property could use a bit of updating, as could the guide book provided (none of the information within was accurate). All in all, we enjoyed the property and would recommend to other families.

Overall we enjoyed the property. It is an older property and needs some upkeep in yard and pool area. Pool was big and wonderful for the kids. Spa would not heat up. Owners/representatives were attentive and helpful Overall a great vacation. On shower handle issue that needs attention. Nice place quiet neighbor hood. Good location.

This house worked out very well for our 2 families this past week. The central location was perfect, with an easy enough drive in all directions to the Riverwalk, Sea World, and even to New Braunfels for tubing. The inside of the house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The first impression of the pool area was a bit of a downer for us as it wasn't very clean upon our arrival. However, the communication about the pool with Andrew the property owner was very quick and he had the pool cleaner arrive the next morning to take care of the issue. The pool is a good size and the hot tub heats up quickly, with our families enjoying a lot of time in both. The pool area furniture is starting to get dated and the basketball hoop needs to be mounted again, but overall a great pool and hot tub. For the price, with the location, interior cleanliness, and great communication from the owner, I gave an overall 5 star. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed the property for our 60th birthday party gathering. The location was great! We did have issues with the pool & hot tub which was a disappointment. The home is aging and in need of some TLC but clean & well stocked.

Location was great! Property managers were very responsive. Heat didn’t work at first since it had never been used (San Antonio) but the managers got it working the next day and we’re very responsive! Overall great stay with hot tub and pool.

We really enjoyed this rental. It was advertised as near all San Antonio must dos and it was. The drive to downtown, the Alamo, Riverwalk and museums was easily doable. The house itself was exactly as described and very clean on check in. It was in good repair so no broken tiles, appliances etc. The owners were easily accessible via text and responded quickly. We did not have any problems, just questions. We were sent a downloadable guidebook prior to our arrival explaining the house, rules, and nearby attractions. I don't know when I will be back to San Antonio, but I will definitely check availability of this property first.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great central location for Sea World, the Zoo, downtown, DoSeum. We appreciated all of the things for tiny humans - baby gates for the stairs, kid size plates, utensils and cups, the game table. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely book again.

There was such a peaceful feeling we all got that money can’t buy. The pool and hot tub were great. The Infinity game board was a hit with my grandkids. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for the whole family. Will definitely book again if the need arises.

This lovely property is great for families. Nicely furnished. Spacious pool with lots of outdoor seating. Quiet, established neighborhood. Nice spot to relax and escape the TX heat. Hosts were responsive to all our questions.

We had a great stay at the house! The pool was amazing, the beds/sheets were the best we’ve ever slept in (we looked up the sheets to order some for ourselves)! The location was also perfect! The neighborhood was very quiet and we all felt very safe! Andrew and Amanda were also great at answering any of our questions! I will definitely be referring this house to others :)

The family and I wanted to get away for a few days to celebrate my son's birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Andrew and Amanda's home. The pool was absolutely amazing, and all of the other accommodations were perfectly splendid. The home's location is as centrally located as promised; we were close to everything! Andrew is a wonderful host.

Andrew answered every question promptly, house has been redone, updated, hot tub, pool, double oven, I could go on and on! These guys got it figured out! Great experience, not one negative thing. Plenty of towels, comfy beds, great open space, etc. well, I guess you get the picture, best rental I’ve stayed in!!

Coming from Michigan in February, we wanted a warm pool and we got one! You are fully in charge of the controls with the owners blessing. The location was absolutely perfect. It's in a lovely neighborhood so close to all needs and about 15 minutes to the Riverwalk. Owner replies instantly to any needs. Great stay!!
