Very Comfortable Place To Stay

This house is as it appears in the pictures. The entire house is spacious - large kitchen/dining area, open concept into the living room, and the bedrooms were all pretty big. Definitely a plus for my family. Having two full bathrooms was helpful, and access to a washer and dryer was wonderful. The beds were comfy, as was the couch. Everything was clean. The house is located in a nice neighborhood that is very quiet, and near many of shops we might need or like to go to. Check out instructions were easy to follow, and only asked for the obvious and necessary clean up (I've stayed in some places that want you to basically clean the entire house for them). The kitchen is well stocked with what you need to cook and eat. We made our meals several times during our stay. The bathrooms are well stocked with towels and toilet paper. A nice touch were the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower. Rico texted me before check in with a video of how to use the door lock system, which I really appreciated, and then text me again upon us leaving to make sure our stay went well. All in all, it was a comfy, relaxing stay!

Very comfy and nice house

I have stayed at several rentals in San Antonio... this home is the quietest and really functional, and it is super cute and clean inside. It is a revamped older home in an older neighborhood, but all is good with the house, and the backyard was perfect for our dog.All the beds and furniture were very comfy. The kitchen is ready for all your cooking (I even baked cookies) and the appliances are new. We weren't sure how to use the TV/Fire remote controls. But the property manager answered our text quickly and got us setup - super responsive and helpful.I would definitely stay at this home again :)

San Antonio Home

The house was perfect for 3 adults - - it was lovely having the 2 full bathrooms - - kitchen was well-appointed and spacious. Homes on the airport flight path so be ready for that (but it was honestly pretty cool and was only during daylight hours). - - was very convenient to all the sights and would recommend without hesitation.

Nice Getaway

Property is nice and comfortable. Felt like being at home, which is important to my family and myself. The neighborhood is close to the airport so when going to sleep the first night was a bit of an adjustment. However, I didn’t even notice the following nights. I like that it was so close to everything we wanted and needed. Also, the convenience store around the corner has excellent crunchy ice. The owner checked in with us and was very kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family house

The house was conveniently located, felt like we were 5-10mins from everything. The house was clean and smelled it right when you walked in. Also loved that the house had everything you could need or forgot- hair dryer, iron, Q-tips etc those lil things truly matter.

Couldn’t Ask for a Better Location!

Such a great location for all things San Antonio! The kitchen was perfect for breakfasts (and more), the house was immaculate, and the fenced-in yard was perfect for our two dogs. The owner was communicative and there were notes answering any questions we had. Thanks for the great stay!

Wonderful Stay

This property was wonderful. It has everything you need to feel at home. We were also traveling with a dog and the backyard was a wonderful addition for us- our dog had the time of his life! If we come back to San Antonio we will definitely stay here again!

Great house to stay and see San Antonio

The house is a perfect size. There were 6 of us and we never got crowded. The neighborhood is quiet and the back yard is big. Our 2 dogs loved it. We loved the kitchen/dining area. The owner included everything we needed. We could spread out and entertain without crowding. Highly recommended!!

Good place to stay for a family!

Great location and reasonable sized house for a family. Had a lot of amenities and very decent sized yard for dogs too. Only a few things would benefit from improvement: - hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels - more counter space in the bedroomsHad a great time there otherwise and would definitely go again.

Perfect stay!

Roomy, comfy home that was the perfect place to hang out in between outings. I just wish we would have had longer because it made perfect 'home' base! Beds and bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. Loved that there was coffee provided too! Wonderful proximity to a lot of fun things to do in town. It felt like we hardly had to drive far. Lots of room outside and inside; the perfect place to relax and unwind!

Great Place for Buddy Golf Trip

We planned our Annual Golf Trip to San Antonio this year. This was a great location, centrally located to multiple golf courses and right down the road from the airport and Alamo Quarry Market.

Nice property - Conveniently Located

We stayed in this property for a month while renovating our new house. Pleasant property, convenient location, pet friendly, and a responsive owner. All-in-all a great experience. A few kinks with the property management company Evolve, but working with them on resolution.

Perfect place

Staying here made my trip relaxing. I traveled to San Antonio with my two dogs and attended advanced courses for a week for my job. This location was close to everything i needed (the park, whole foods, restaurants, etc)
