Estaba muy limpio la suite, pero tuve problemas con la regadera, se salía el agua. Lo demás estuvo muy bien.

A la hora de llegar no había nadie que hablara español y no tenían registrada nuestra reservación. tomó mucho tiempo aclararlo y tuvimos que llamar a hoteles.com y esperar a una persona en cambio de turno que sí hablaba español y fue muy amable y eficiente . Me hubiera gustado tener servicio de limpieza diario en la habitación y poder usar la alberca. Muy bien ubicado

We are sorry to hear about any confusion with your reservation, however we have had an ongoing issue with third party reservations and their associated entering the information incorrectly; this is not the fault of the property. We also do apologize for any language barriers and we have very few staff who speak Spanish or any other language. As for our amenities and daily housekeeping, we have all amenity closures listed on all booking sites along with the updated housekeeping policy. Marriott has implemented a new policy that daily service is suspended unless requested as to limit exposure between guests and associates as well as conserving water and electricity. We make sure to have all information updated so that guests are aware prior to making their reservation and/or arrival. We do thank you for choosing to stay with us during these unusual times. Exelente estancia
La estancia fue exelente, el confort de la cama, la limpieza y el servicio al cliente muy buena, la ubicación estuvo fenomenal porque todo te queda súper cerca desde restaurantes hasta los puntos históricos todo lo puedes hacer caminando!

Desagrado por el hotel
Tomaron mucho tiempo en abrir la puerta de entrada y luego más en darne la llave del cuarto,en las fotos se ve un cuarto amplio con iluminación y pir el precio tu crees que eso te darán y Nada un cuarto chiquitito una. Cama chica y dura el baño no ofrece privacidad esta a un lado de la cama y en fin si pudiera no volver aquí con gusto lo haría y ni recomendarlo

En general es una buena opción si quieres hospedarte en el centro de San Antonio, solo tengo algunos comentarios: 1. El primer día que tomamos el desayuno tuvimos que hacer fila de casi media hora, y todo porque la wafflera tomaba alrededor de 2 minutos en hacer los waffles y obviamente toda la línea se detenía ahí. El día siguiente fue más rápido ya que cambiaron la wafflera a otro sitio. 2. Igualmente el primer día no hicieron limpieza en nuestra habitación a pesar de no tener ningún letrero a la entrada de la habitación, así que llegamos a la habitación y la cama no estaba hecha ni el baño limpio, además de que durante 2 días no sacaron la basura de la habitación. 3. El colchón del sofá cama estaba demasiado incómodo, se le salían los resortes, por lo que mis hijos no lograron dormir ahí. En cuanto a la atención, fue muy buena por parte de todo el personal, además de que se nota que es un hotel recientemente renovado. Solo mejoraría los puntos mencionados arriba.

I really liked that it is literally walking distance to the riverwalk. So, convenient considering we didn’t do a rental. There’s also many restaurants around the area also in walking distance. The rooms are fully equipped, like being at home. Full refrigerators, mini stove, dishwasher, plates and utensils. And the full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in the showers. Thank you so Marriott, you go over and beyond. I’ll definitely come back again.

Nice area close to everything, walking distance to downtown and riverwalk. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

I reserved a king size bed and was told they sold the room already since I booked thru 3rd party and gave me the 2 queen bed. The room look run down, tub looks dirty, door knob was loose on the restroom door. Hair dryer was dirty looking.

Pros: Conveniently located, free breakfast, valet parking cheaper than self parking, and most staff was friendly. Cons: NO heated pool. While at pool, I called to ask if they have heated pool and mention jets weren't going. Pool is heated based on inside temperature. Response about the jets "it is not a hot tub." I know it is not a hot tub but most normal pools have air jets to keep pool from being stagnant. Hurting from sleeping in uncomfortable beds. Husband told me he felt like he was sleeping on a folding (roll-away) bed. Housekeeping was to be on Monday but we never did get housekeeping. Looked like exhaust fan in bathroom but it didn't work so we went to Walgreens and bought air freshener. Fire alarm occurred on Monday night of our stay and as my son and I were going down, husband was on his way back up and they were saying "false alarm. Go back to your rooms." (even if false alarm, I thought guests were to exit building and hotel do headcount to make sure everyone is accounted for.)
