Hello Nidia, I am very sorry that you smelled smoke - of any kind - at our property. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

The staff were perfectly nice, but we were assigned to someone else’s room, so when I went in there were a bunch of men. They said that it had happened multiple times to them. All the drains are clogged, so the sinks and showers get filled with scum when you run the water

What I liked: very nice property/grounds; personable front desk person; convenient location; good price; clean . What I didn’t like: noisy people in adjoining room woke me up during the night & I couldn’t sleep after that; inconvenient parking; uncomfortable bed; few lights—room quite dark; only one very thin blanket—I had to use my jacket and my fleece blanket to stay warm.

Placed us in room 228, knowing that a permanent resident lives in 227. He was a crazy person, why would they put females next to him so we had to walk past his open door to get to the stairs. He sang very loudly as he paced across the parking lot and up to his room all night. We hid.
