1960 Bungalow en Ocean Beach

LA PRIMAVERA ES UN GRAN CLIMA EN SAN DIEGO, sin niebla y con grandes temperaturas. Usted alquila una casa completa, 600 pies cuadrados, cocina, baño completo y sala de estar de buen tamaño. Tienes todas las comodidades del hogar en este vecindario cercano que es típico de la zona de Ocean Beach.
Cerca (a pie) se encuentra Café y té, comida mexicana, restaurante de comida vegana cruda (Peach Pies), productos de limpieza, bar, 7/11, películas Red Box. (Tenemos Netflix y una pantalla grande Roku con un reproductor de DVD).

Lo describimos como una habitación, pero hay una habitación lateral con una puerta que tiene una cómoda cama plegable (en la foto con una cubierta azul y almohadas) y hay un bonito sofá de 6 '. Los cojines se pueden mover al piso para personas más altas. Caminas por el dormitorio principal hasta el baño.
Un invitado debe tener 25 años y su tarjeta de crédito debe estar registrada en VRBO. No hay fiestas o eventos. No hay grupos de películas por favor.
Tiene estacionamiento para un vehículo en un camino compartido. Vivimos en otra casa cercana. Ocean Beach está en la ruta de vuelo de muchas de las principales aerolíneas, por lo que hay un ruido intermitente en el techo de 6:30 a.m. a 10:30 aproximadamente. Annual Family Adventure

The property appeared to be a perfect fit online and in a great neighborhood. Check-in was easy, and the property looked charming at first glance. The sidewalk outside the front door was littered with debris from the vegetation, and the wood flooring had a few spots of sticky black tar-like substances that the kids ended up tracking around before we cleaned it. The bed in the 2nd room is rather small and really isn't that comfortable. To sleep all 4 of us like the property advertised, one person would need to sleep on the couch.

Cozy bungalow

The location was amazing and very economical! We were within 15 minutes of many tourist attractions and the neighborhood had many restaurants within walking distance. I would book this place again if it's available for our next stay.

Adorable little house in a fantastic San Diego location! We really enjoyed our stay — the home was cozy and perfectly situated. We did notice a few spiders (just daddy long legs), but nothing concerning. The only issue we noticed was that the front door doesn’t lock from the inside, so you have to step outside to ensure it’s secure. This might be something to keep in mind if you have young kids, since they could potentially open it without much resistance. Otherwise, a great place overall!

Nice place to stay in San Diego

This is a nice place to stay close to Ocean Beach. It was fine except that the cleaner did not have it clean until over 30 minutes after the official check in time. The listing also lists a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. This is inaccurate as it is a futon and not a twin bed. Otherwise, my brother and I would definitely come again!

Very disappointing quality of property

Hugely disappointed with the quality of the property. First off, the exterior metal front door does not latch nor lock at all. Patio furniture in front yard is rusted, poor quality of cushions, does not back on to green lush hedge as in photos but looks into rundown, messy neighbor yard. Cushions for living room couch and chair need thrown out - ripped in back, poor quality, not at all as in photos. In fact couch and chair should really be replaced. No way could anyone sleep on the couch as it says is one of the "sleep 4" beds. Lack of cable TV greatly limits television watching for guest "down time". Fold down bed in second room would be impossible for any adult to sleep on as noted as one of the "sleep 4" beds. Main bed was comfortable. There is no space anywhere in the property to put luggage and no drawers etc. to place belongings. Only place to hang items is in the room with the fold down bed, but then it greatly limits space to move around in that tiny room. Two sinks in bathroom is convenient, but photos in ad fail to show that the space behind the second sink is less that two feel to the wall, so it limits access. Shower had 6 shampoo bottles on the ledges (yuck!) and a multitude of partially full bottles under the bathroom sink. Drawers in bathroom were dirty. Washer and dryer were convenient but their placement limits the ability to access the back door exit. Kitchen was okay. Lots of owner's personal stuff in cupboards. Overall house was dirty. Disappointing!

Great place for a Weekend

It’s quiet, clean, no one bothers you. Definitely book for a weekend trip, and they give you binder to give you all the information you could possibly need. You can call them for help if needed which is a plus!

Accurate Property Listing

Property was as described. There was a great washer and dryer inside as well as a very comfortable bed in the master bedroom. The third small futon bed was very small. Two out of three of us hung over the edge when we tried laying on it. It’s definitely more suitable for a small child than an adult. There were some cleanliness issues with inside and outside the property. It’s an older neighborhood and there are some pavement issues with the road in the driveway. The front end of my car was very scratched up from going up and down the ragged driveway. However, I do feel like this was described pretty accurately in the listing so I knew to expect it.

The Bungalow

The stay was comfortable. It should be listed as sleeps 3 adults though. Because the converted closet sleeps 1 adult comfortably on the lounge sleeper. The Bathroom being located in the bedroom wasn't convenient for everyone since we was not all related. Loved the location!
