Los empleados no hablan español, las instalaciones viejas, sucias, tienes que avisar que te limpien la habitación si no lo haces no la limpian y obviamente no te lo dicen en el check inn, el desayuno malísimo el huevo estaba horrible tenía como agua y aparte del comedor que estaba súper pequeño. La alberca tan chica y muy sucia . El estacionamiento mal iluminado y muy sucio

Los cuartos estan bien, son mas comodos que otros lados, lo que no me gusto es que si te toca en el 3 nivel no hay elevador para subir y bajas la maletas, el desayuno que ofrecen gratuito no lo recomiendo mejor irse a otro lado a desayunar, y falta algo de seguridad ya que muchas veces no habia gente en el frontdesk.

El personal es muy amable y te resuelve en la medida de sus posibilidades. Hay que tomar en cuenta que no hay elevador en el edificio. El comedor es muy pequeño para todos los huéspedes que tienen. Las habitaciones tienen detalles de mantenimiento que deben ser atendidos a la brevedad y otros tantos detalles de limpieza a mejorar. No hay opciones para comer cerca.

There was no elevator. The area that they had set up for breakfast is way to small for the amount of rooms in the hotel. Parking is unclear since the hotel shares a parking lot with Carls Jr. Concerns about being towed away due to this. Door to our hotel room did not close completly without extra fource

- Rooms and overall building in sore need of updating. - Very disappointed in "hot breakfast". Powdered eggs in a layer of water. Sausage patties undercooked. No potatoes. Breakfast area extremely small and depressing (it is below street level.) - 5 night stay but our room only serviced by housekeeping ONCE after our first night. - GIft cards not allowed. Said they need card w/ my name on it. They had that on file when I made the reservation. Why can't a GC be used and then if any problems with it then charge my card instead? What does it matter how a guest pays as long as you receive your $ and have a guest's personal card as a backup? - Ceilings/floors are frame (wood) construction. Guests above us paced back/forth for HOURS each night from 9pm - 1am. Heard every heal-to-toe footstep, making sleeping difficult. - Guest next to us smoking, setting off fire detector several times. - Emergency doors at end of hall banged every time they were opened/shut. Quieter door closers needed. - Parking extremely limited at this location - there are many more rooms than parking spaces. - Front desk staff are clearly not trained in guest services or hotel management. Normal people there for the work only. Unenjoyable and will not stay at this location again. Next time will be worth paying a bit more per night for a better breakfast spread alone, if not also a nicer, more updated and more professionally-run hotel.

Liked the location that's convenient to major freeways. Did not like the sound proofing. Could hear neighbors shouting in the night that made it feel unsafe. Also no drinking water options unless you feel comfortable drinking from the tap.

My reservation was for the larger room with a king size bed. Upon arrival at the 2:00pm check in time I was informed that my room would not be ready for 15-20 minutes. I agreed to take a room with two queen beds that was ready and was told that it was the same room just with two beds. The room I was given was a standard room, not the upgrade that I had reserved. The employee said we could remain in this room until ours was ready which was nice. However, after a few minutes in the room we were waiting in, a cockroach crawled across the wall. I went back to the front desk with a photo of the bug and stated we would not be staying here. They did cancel the reservation and refund our payment, but there was little concern over the fact that they have cockroaches.

I stay here regularly. The staff is friendly and attentive. The housekeepers are also spot on. The place is consistently presentable and clean. I have no complaints so far. I will continue my stays here. It s convenient, affordable and clean. There is also breakfast included and it is well prepared and always stocked during serving times.
