Magníficamente ubicado en el centro de Mission Beach y la bahía, por lo que estará a 1 cuadra del paseo marítimo, y convenientemente cerca del bullicioso distrito de negocios en Garnet Ave.

Subirá un tramo de escaleras al aire libre para llegar a su condominio, una vez dentro, todo está en ese piso.

Estás a una corta distancia a pie de Pacific Oceana y Mission Bay, el paseo marítimo, bares, restaurantes, cafeterías y mucho, mucho más.

Tenga en cuenta que no hay estacionamiento en la residencia, y el estacionamiento en la calle suele ser difícil de encontrar cerca de su hogar (observe las señales de barrido de calles). Perfect beach getaway
We had a great time at this newly remodeled condo. Walking distance to the bay, beach and many restaurants and shops. Mission Beach can be noisy at night, but we didn’t have those issues here. Loved the accessibility of beach chairs and toys. Only downside was the pull out sofa was not comfortable to sleep on, but that’s pretty typical of those! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Beach Stay!
Very clean and comfortable suit! The management/staff were very friendly and welcoming, they take fantastic care of the property! The inside of the suit was clean and comfortable, it's a smaller space, but very laid out for 4-6 people. We didn't spend much time inside, as the beach is mere steps away! The beach equipment was in very good condition and the outdoor shower was great for rinsing off the sand! I would definitely return, and recommend to others for a nice vacation!

The location of this property was great. 20 minute walking distance to Belmont Park and a 15-20ish minute uber drive to all the attractions we wanted. The fully stocked kitchen (dishes, utensils, etc) came in handy for us to have breakfast daily before heading out.

Lovely condo with a great location
This condo was super cute, not to mention very clean. It was the perfect location as we could walk to the beach or go the opposite direction and view the bay. Both had easy walking paths. The condo was in great vicinity to restaurants, the market, and walking to Belmont Park. We just took the stroller and opted out of getting a golf cart. The communication for the condo was great. Parking is tricky, as they mention. We did find nightly parkinc near the bay on select spots.

Well run rental
This vacation rental is well run by customer-focused staff who keep in touch and respond to questions and needs. We found the apartment very clean and well decorated. It had a nice balance of common area - living room, kitchen, and bath - and 2 cozy private bedrooms. The location was great for quick access to both the beach and the bay.

Great stay-cation by the beach!
My husband and I stayed here and my cousin joined us for a couple nights. We loved how close it was to both the bay and open ocean. Very clean and had everything we needed, including beach stuff and sunscreen! We would def stay here again.

The property was great and in a fantastic location. Street parking was easier to find than we thought it might be. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to be close to the beach and in the Mission Beach/PB area.

Clean and Near to Everything
If you wanna be near Mission beach or Mission Bay, then this place is in walking distance to all the spots. I was worried about parking, but never failed to find a spot on the street very close to the place. The place is clean and recently remodeled. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve a meal. It took a while for the hot water to get to the shower, but we never had a problem with running out of hot water. Would definitely go back and use this place if we were going to Mission Beach.

We had a great stay, place was as described and comfortable. Easy communication and check in. Easy access to beach, bay and a great cafe/bakery. Fully equipped kitchen if you don't want to eat out! Parking was challenging as noted in listing. Overall highly recommend!

Nice beach stay
Our family of four stayed here for four nights. It was clean and comfortable with enough space for everyone. Easy access to the beach and plenty of food spots within walking distance. Parking is definitely the only downside but I would recommend this place overall.

Enjoyable Stay
The property was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, shops and restaurants was the highlight for our family. The outdoor shower was appreciated after long and sandy beach days. The parking situation was a bit challenging, but we were able to find spots on Mission Blvd and utilized the bay recreation area when we needed to for the street sweeping times. Overall, a great stay and would recommend the property.

Stayed a week at this property. It was clean and well kept. Sand chairs, boogie boards and umbrella's available. Bring your own beach towels if you plan to stay a while, not as nice as the one's pictured. Beds were hard for our liking. The apartment is located behind the turquoise one with small view of the bay from the outside patio. Nice outdoor patio in front of turquoise building that we utilized often for dinners. The other guests were pleasant and overall quiet with the exception of the 4th.
