El Hotel muy bonito y limpio...pero no habia jabon de baño shampoo. No me gusto que cobraran el estacionamiento, ya que no lo dicen en la aplicacion Ademas no hubo ni cafe, ni sustitutos de desayuno. Otros hoteles te dan desayuno para llevar a la habitacion..ni habia cafetera en la habitacion para hacer cafe.

Complete mess during check in process! I booked one room through Expedia, during check in process they told me that there are two rooms under my name but they cancelled them and booked a new room directly through Mariott. Later it revealled that they charged me for 2 rooms when i called them thay told me that i need to call Expedia there was nothing they can help me with. On top of that she hanged up on me. Disgusting place with below zero service and incompetent people. Btw you won't find any single bottle of water in the room, they don't offer complimentary water and they charge for parking, $18 per night, in Redwood city.

Everything about my stay was great. The front desk staff was friendly and engaging and went out of their way to help me with some things. A special thanks to a woman (I believe her name was Faiva) who help assisted me with some computer printing and more. The room was clean and I liked that they had some ice cream close at hand for my late-night needs. Thanks to everyone.
