bad service, we had to pay 39 dollars per night for parking, without valet parking and outside, the beds are very narrow and the sofa bed with a very thin mattress and very noisy, it was really a bad experience, check-in is really late at 4pm.

esta descuidado el hotel, encontramos hormigas en el cuarto y no servia la calefacción y nos cambiaron, el segundo no servia la caja fuerte, no hacen la limpieza diario es solo 2 veces a la semana, los cojines hechos bolas, y el estacionamiento $25.00 dólares diarios . el desayuno muy pobre, no tienen surtido como antes. ojala y mejoren porque era muy buena cadena.

We loved the Manager's Reception, the AMAZING breakfast, Tap & Tavern's burger was the best one my husband has ever had, and our room had an amazing view, even with it being right in view of the airport, the sliding door blocked out most of the air traffic noise (and I got some great timelapse videos!). Will definitely be back!

Lovely atrium in this hotel where breakfast and happy hour drinks served daily. Nice breakfast buffet as well as made to order omelets. We chose this hotel as it had an indoor pool for our grandchildren which they enjoyed. The room was spacious but the advertised balcony which we paid extra for couldn’t even fit a chair— disappointing as I was looking forward to sitting outside to enjoy the view. The bathroom didn’t even have a towel bar to hang towels, just one hook inside the shower which was broken. All in all we enjoyed the hotel BUT… there was a $39 per night parking fee. The lot was a shared lot with public non paying parking to access the bay walk in front of the hotel. Few spaces— two out of three nights we waited almost a half hour for a parking space. The lot had many signs warning of car break ins. So we paid $39 each night to worry that our car would be broken into. Come on Hilton— you can do better!!

Property is older but clean as clean as it can be. Out tub had stains, the carpet was lumpy. Pool also was nice. No A/C and no screen to the balcony so we could leave the door open for air. The entire hotel was muggy. Great staff and liked having happy hour. Worst part was a staff member pushed my son out the way so she could put in her floor number although we were there first.

This hotel is located right on the sea with beautiful bay views, the interior of the hotel is very amazing, it gives me the feeling of being in a garden, perfect for families with small children, they have an enclosed swimming pool, very safe!
