Nous recommandons à tous cette auberge. Elle est tellement belle et vraiment bien située. Les lits sont confos, le déjeuner est excellent et le paysage est magnifique. Le village d’Orvieto est le plus charmant! Un de nos coups de cœur lors de notre voyage en Italie.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einen sehr guten Service. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr Aufmerksam, so das keine Wünsche offen blieben. Der Aufenthalt hat in diesem Hotel war wirklich erholsam. Hier kommen wir bestimmt nochmal her.

Charming, quiet, friendly and welcoming, a really pleasant surprise! We liked everything about this small b&b. The owner and staff were knowledgable and helpful. Breakfast was small but perfect and the coffee delicious. The restaurant just a short walk up the road served excellent food. Great location, SG is just a short drive up the hill. Would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

The property has a perfect location:it's a quiet place to relax and also the great starting point for trips to Siena or Volterrra not to mention San Gimignano,which is 5 minutes by car.We liked everything: the perfect location, the nice view from the window, delicious breakfast with local products and freshly baked cakes.The staff was great, Talking care of us in every minute. We are thankful for a pot of hot water every eveing in our room.Cristiano,thanks for lovely cappuccino with a fantastic design on the top.Thank you all of you for making our stay being unforgetable.

The rooms are very much 2-3 star, however, the overall property has a great feel about it. Staff were amazing, breakfast was great. Great ambiance. If I have the opportunity, I will come back. Definitely need a car if staying here.

Sehr schönes Haus mit außergewöhnlichem Ausblick.
Unsere Erwartung wurden noch übertroffen. Wunderschönes und gepflegtes, altes Haus in außergewöhnlicher Lage (Blick - auch vom sehr schönen Frühstücksraum - auf San Gimignano). Alles sehr sauber. Sehr nette u. hilfsbereite Quartiergeber. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und hat - was uns besonders gefallen hat - vor allem hausgemachte und aus der Region stammende Produkte geboten.

Vacation and a stop over on one of three areas of Italy visited and a great base to visit SAN Gimignano which is approx three km from hotel. Beautiful Tuscany villa accommodation surrounded by vineyards and staff very friendly. Stunning views of SAN Gimignano

This was an amazing place to stay and at a very reasonable rates. It was rather difficult to locate from San Gimigigano, but once there it was a pleasure from start to finish. The staff were great, the room spacious and pleasant, the breakfast fabulous. Thank you.

Wonderful place.
Room is comfortable and warm in cool weather. Very nice and helpful staff. Beautiful view of San G. Breakfast was spectacular with cakes, cheese, bread, yogurt, boiled egg - nice to have both sweets and protein. Accommodated infant very well. Incl. playground and infant bed. No complaints. Very relaxing stay. Missed it when we left. Did find a few cobwebs since we had an infant reaching under things. Otherwise perfect. Personally we didn't like the neighboring restaurant as much as the others who reviewed this place did but it was convenient. Good place for kids and dogs.

Fun for kids! Spacious apartment and great pool
Arrived in Tuscany with two kids from Rome- where it was hot and crowded. This was a pleasant change- quiet location, air conditioned rooms, and a fantastic pool with diving board! We took many day trips to different towns, but would always return to spend a few hours pool side. Nice restaurant up the street- walking distance, otherwise need to go into San Gimigiano which is about a 5 minute drive (can't walk there).

Hübsche Unterkunft in traumhafter Umgebung
Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft verbracht . Sehr herzlicher Empfang, was sich den ganzen Urlaub fortgesetzt hat. Wir haben zum schönen Frühstück einen liebevoll verzierten Cappuccino bekommen, haben tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung bekommen. Cristiano und sein sehr nettes Team haben uns eine richtig tolle Woche bereitet. Grazie mille !!!!

Wonderful stay, amazing views!
We had a wonderful stay in the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. There was more than enough space for my family with two older teenage kids. The setting was beautiful, with amazing views of the walled city in the distance. The pool was refreshing and the pool area kept very clean. Every morning and sometimes in the afternoon I had the most delicious soy cappuccinos! The staff was amazing and very helpful. With their help we booked a wonderful wine tasting tour and the best cooking class. I think we could have stayed there forever!

Heerlijk Genoten !!
Wij man /vrouw, hebben een paar dagen mogen verblijven in dit geweldige verblijf. Wat een gastvrijheid,daar kunnen nog veel mensen wat van leren. Het is dan maar een BB maar wat was dit fijn om hier te mogen vertoeven. Niets is de gastheer en de mevrouw die ons inboekte teveel. Ook het ontbijt was super geregeld en dit alles voor een vriendelijke prijs. Names de Fam Ambachtsheer, hartelijk dank voor jullie warme ontvangst. Hopelijk mogen wij in de toekomst nog een keer gebruik maken van jullie prachtige stek.

O local é belíssimo e fica muito perto de San giminiano, uma das cidades mais lindas da Toscana. O pessoal do hotel é muito atencioso e simpático! Imperdível!

The grounds are absolutely amazing, the location is very central and the staff is super helpful and accommodating. You really couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Great place to relax near San Gimignano
Staff are extremely helpful and the accommodation is perfect if you are wanting a relaxing, tranquil stay in this area only 5 minutes from San Gimignano by car but with a sense of being delightfully lost in the countryside . The pool was a good size and very clean. Restaurant at the top of the road was fine for a evening meal but Zapperano which was the restaurant in the nearby agrotourismo was fantastic, local sourced food which was artistically presented and their home wine was one of the best we tried.

Lovely place a short drive from San Gimignano
A very nice family-run b&b a few kilometres outside San Gimignano with a very nice pool, excellent breakfast with very artistic cappuccinos, and plenty of shaded parking. There is a very good and reasonably priced restarant Zafferano in the nearby Pescille agriturismo.

A beautiful small hotel in the heart of Tuscany
Wonderful experience. Great staff. Ambra and Cristiano make staying at this hotel an absolute joy. I know Tuscany well and this property is one of the best.
