Vine a descansar, y fue imposible
El sitio es céntrico y la habitación aceptable. Lo peor: no poder dormir y descansar. La propietaria y la señora de limpieza desde las 7 de la mañana gritando por los pasillos.

De tan cómodos que quisimos quedarnos 1 noche más
Llegar a nuestra habitación fue muy fácil! La ubicación excelente sobre una paralela a la calle principal de San Giminiano súper tranquila porque tiene casi no hay afluencia de turistas. El personal de recepción siempre muy atento y nuestra habitación tenía un balcón muy bello.

Muy recomendable!!!!
Pasamos una estancia excelente en este lugar. Su dueño nos atendió de maravilla en todo momento, fue por nosotros ya que no encontrábamos el mismo y nos dio recomendaciones de lugares. El hotel esta perfectamente cuidado, es cómodo y cálido. Tiene un piso por escalera pero ellos te ayudan con el equipaje. Lo recomiendo plenamente.

We had a terrace/balcony with a beautiful view! Our hostess was wonderful. She gave us a bottle of wine when we checked in, and then would bring us her homemade cakes and pies each morning (both very delicious!) The parking lot was somewhat of a pain, but very safe, and that was important as we left some of our luggage in the car. We were in the hills of Tuscany, so a lot of climbing steps but we needed that with eating all the delicious food and drinking lots of vino!! We enjoyed our stay very much!

A family run place with helpful, friendly staff who recommend an excellent restaurant. It’s inside the old city walls and parking is less than a 5 minute walk away.

Our hosts were fantastic and we loved the optional breakfast in the morning. The room was very clean and comfortable and exceeded our expectations. San Gimignano is definitely worth visiting.

The property is right in the heart of San Gimignano and easy walking distance to the entire village. There was a lovely breakfast and the property was clean and safe. The shutters were difficult to open so our room was dark; we would have liked to look outside and have natural light in our room but overall the stay was lovely.

Very convenient place to stay because is in San Gimignano; park once and enjoy. Very clean, white sheets (as I preferred), and air conditioning. For the price for one night was good choice.

Charming small hotel in San Gimignano
This charming small hotel has an equally charming proprietor and is perfectly located near the peaceful southern end of San Gimignano, close to everything without being on one of the major tourist footpaths. It was incredibly hot while we were there, and the A/C was adequate if not overwhelming. We would suggest providing slightly clearer and more detailed info about parking in the town parking lots. No. 2 is the closest to the hotel -- No. 1 is in fact a fair distance away and well below the town gate nearest the Torrione (happily, our hostess picked us up there when we made the mistake of thinking it was the closer lot). We also drove into San Gimignano and to the hotel before we were able to figure out what the parking arrangement was. We're still waiting to see if we get fined for violating the traffic-control zone...

The room had a great view to the old city and the surrounding nature but it was not well heated .as well the parking is near. Many good restaurants to be found around and 10 min walk to the main old city and gate. The hosts are friendly and helpful , they offer you a delicious cosy breakfast for extra 7€ per person .

mi era sta assegnata, in sede di prenotazione, una camera con balcone che invece non c'era. Per la colazione sono davuto uscire ed andare ad un'altra strutura vicina. Il televisore non ha funzionato. Prezzo troppo alto € 180 +6 rispetto ai servizi offerti. Buona la posizione.

Two night stay San Gimignano.
We stayed in San Gimignano for 2 nights. The Palazzo al Torrione2 is a separate building on a quiet street. To check in you need to go to a nearby hotel. The room was clean, with air conditioning and nice shower room. The wifi did not work at the property. I asked the staff at the desk, and she said that the wifi had not been working for a while, but did not say when it was going to be fixed. This was frustrating because internet access is difficult in Tuscany, especially in the higher/remote towns/villages. One plus was access to a hotel with a pool 5 minute drive out of town, worth a visit for a day, nice views of San Gimignano.
