We stayed here for 6 days. Apartment was perfect for our family of four. Comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms is a plus! Amenities included a cooler and beach towels and chairs for trips to the beach. Nicely appointed kitchen for cooking which we did a couple of times. There are several pools and a nice work out room which my teen appreciated. Not really able to walk anywhere but we had a car for that. Close to ferry in Ceiba to get to Vieques or Culebra. Would stay again.

The condo was easy to find, super clean and close to water and restaurants. Easy drive from the airport, for anyone like us who wanted to quickly get out of the city and into a peaceful, relaxing place

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The apartment was bigger than we'd envisioned and the kitchen was relatively well-appointed with pots and pans and knives (not always a given at vacation rentals!) The wifi worked well and consistently and there were good amount of towels for the beach and for showering in the apartment. We also appreciated the outdoor spaces for lounging. The location was 10 minutes from the bio luminescent tour options and also very close to Luquillo's great beach and El Yunque. We took advantage of all these during our stay. The property managers were very responsive and accommodating. All in all this was a great introduction to Puerto Rico for us and we would definitely stay here again.

The property was safe and clean . Very easy to get in . It was close to the ferry to get to culebra and other beaches . There are stores and places to eat near by. And great views . The hostess was quick with her response.

We absolutely loved this villa and wish we could have booked here to stay for our entire time in Puerto Rico! It was extremely easy to communicate with West Indies Vacation rentals for details of our stay, checkin, and checkout. Our teenagers loved the pools on the property and it was in an excellent location to the bio bay tours, water boat taxi to Icacos island, and rainforest tours. We will definitely be back!!

We absolutely and thoroughly enjoyed this property!! Everything was clean it was more than i expected. The views are gorgeous! Plenty of supplies for beach days! Right by marina and plenty of stores, restaurants everywhere the location is. It too far from San Juan just so enjoyable Thx to the host

This apartment was just as beautiful as seen in the pictures. It was very clean, I made sure to notice. The air conditioners worked so well. The gated community with security was a plus. However, the balcony doors need fixing. My kids loved being in the pools mainly the one with the slide. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Great location in fajardo. Clean and spacious. In One of the smaller bedrooms the bed is concave and not very comfortable. Also variable water temperatures. Otherwise no complaints.

Nice location, pools and complex are clean and safe. Condo is well stocked with cooking utensils. Has 3 beach chairs (could use a few more!) and some beach towels. Unfortunately there must be an odor problem with the unit as they had glade plug ins in every room and bathroom, plus odor absorber blocks in the bathroom. We unplugged most of them because it was overwhelming- a condo shouldn’t have any smell. Our party could not agree upon the underlying odor- perhaps musty or smoke- that the glade plug ins were trying hide. There was no obvious source of the odor (no mold, no leaking pipes). But they would be better served to remove all the plug ins!

If the property was working as promised, it would have been fantastic. Unfortunately we had a major sewage smell from one of the bathrooms, a broken shower hose and hot water heater in another of the bathrooms, and a urine smell coming from one of the bedrooms. The property manager was unable to secure repairmen to fix it during our time. That left us with one working bathroom for the 5 of us. While we did receive some credit for our stay, it would have been far better if they were urgent about fixing the issues.

Our brief stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. The property exceeded our expectations on layout, views, comfort, cleanliness and location. It was beautifully appointed with great seating, confortable beds and good amenities. Delicious food options nearby. I'm a deep sleeper so outside noise was a non-issue for me even though it is an area with a few later evening gathering spots nearby. Easy to get to El Yunque, Old San Juan, etc. My only pet peeve was excessive use of plugin air fresheners, which doesn't work for people with allergies. Simple solution: we unplugged them. I will definitely stay here again.

This was a great place for a family to stay. We were very comfortable with the three bedroooms. It was helpful that the hosts had beach and pool stuff available. We had some confusion at check in, but Karen was responsive via text and we were able to resolve it in about 20 minutes.

Beautiful condo in Fajardo. Sadly, we had no hot water in two of the three bathrooms. The master shower had a sewage smell. We contacted the mngt company about the hot water. They instructed us to play with the handle. Furniture was great looking but not very comfortable. Security desk was hit or miss as far as pulling up and no one was there. Couldn’t beep (lots of signs not to). Had to wait for guard to arrive. Positives: very clean, great location, lovely complex with security.

Very spacious, bright, and clean. Great location for bio bay tours, El Yunque, or Luquillo beaches. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and a big grocery store a short drive away. The directions and maps were very specific, and there was lots of communication regarding check-in and-out. We really appreciated that there was a washer and dryer after getting soaked while kayaking!

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo within the gated community of Peña Mar Ocean Club in Fajardo was great for our two week stay. The unit was in a great location across from marinas and restaurants. Close to Seven Seas Beach, 15 minutes from Luquillo Beach and Kiosks, and close to El Yunque rain forest. The 3 pools (4th is the kiddie pool inside the large pool) we’re great! Loved the water slide built into the upper pool! We used the small fitness room every day. The unit and complex are extremely secure, clean and very well maintained. Plenty of necessities including large washer/dryer, coffee maker, blender, grill, and nice outdoor space with a view of the marina and open water. Communication was very responsive! Would highly recommend Blue Atlantic Villa.

Place was close to everything and had no issues finding places to eat and activities, the only thing I would change is getting better beach chairs since they were to low/small and not enough for more then 2 people, other then that the place was great with enough room for everyone as well as a great view seeing the boats leave and return back, I would stay here again, Thank you

We enjoyed the location off the beaten path and the sunrise views were amazing. The two decks and the two living spaces allowed our family of four to spread out and have some much needed alone time. Location was also great for excursions to Culebra or Icacos. The entire apartment was very clean and provided some good extras such as beach towels, linens, and beach accessories. The main pool was gorgeous but the hot tub did not work. No lifeguards so just something to note with young children. The property itself had a few negatives though. The elevator was not working for our stay and you have to walk down two flights to access the entrance. So, lugging groceries, luggage and beach supplies was not great. There was a definite sewage smell on arrival but it did clear out after a day or two (I suspect it has to do with rain). There were no screens on the windows so sleeping or enjoying the breeze were not options dues to mosquitos. Adding screens would have allowed us to not use AC and enjoy the natural breezes more. The Google home did not work and there were a few small things around that needed fixing (the faucet in the kitchen, the knob or the front door) that were annoying as well. The washer worked well but the dryer did not. It could not handle towels or sheets and would stop working so I would only suggest light items to be dried. All in all, we had a wonderful stay but with some adjustments, it could have been better.
